Swiss Hotel and Spa Nainital

The property is new. The rooms clean and luxurious. Staff always welcoming with warmth. You get a shuttle service down the mall road and pick up as well throughout the day so that saves on travelling. The breakfast spread was amazing and with lot of variety. The taste flavoursome. Overall I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Our stay at Swiss Hotel was absolutely fantastic! A big Thank you to Prashant for the amazing hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The rooms were spotless, spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nainital and can't wait to return on our next trip!

Do not be misled by the photos. The property is much smaller than it appears in their promotional images. Hot water is not available through the taps, and guests are provided with buckets of hot water for bathing instead, which is highly inconvenient. The food is below average in taste and does not meet even basic expectations. Considering these issues, the overall experience is far from worth the price we paid. I would not recommend this property based on the misleading representation and poor facilities.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. While the front desk staff was adequate, the real issue lies with the restaurant manager, Rahul. He was not only rude and condescending, but completely devoid of any professionalism or basic hospitality skills. His arrogant attitude was matched only by his utter disregard for guests' comfort. It became clear that he had somehow trained his entire team to mirror his dismissive, unhelpful behavior, making what should have been a pleasant dining experience feel like an ordeal. I have never encountered such appalling service at any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer a premium experience. I strongly urge the owner to take immediate action to address this toxic behavior. Until then, I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs."

This hotel very costlier in compare to the services offered over there. Room service staff's aren't available at call and they skip room cleaning if stay for continue more than one day. Also the food offered is below normal and you can get better food in local restaurant's. Restaurant staff is less in number and services delayed beyond normal time. Some time you have to wait more than 50 minutes. So better avoid this costlier place will less comfort.

" THE WORST STAY EVER " . 0/5 . This is meant to be a 4 star property but they are not even offering any such services provided by a 4 star . Not worth the money. I visited them to celebrate my anniversary but they spoil everything . We entered the room and in the bathroom there was no warm water . We stayed there for 2 days we called the technician so many times but no resolution. It was cold there but we didn't get warm water for bathing. This was so disappointing and the mini refrigerator of the room was not even cooling 10% . And while complaining this to the so called "General Manager " he said - these issues are nothing and said- " AAP OR KYA EXPECT KREGE EK HOTEL SE" . The GM ( Bald one wearing specs ) was too rude not a people person and the action should be taken against him or he should get a proper training, learning or a lesson how to deal with customers . Will not recommend this property to anyone . If there is an option for 0 rating i would have given it to them . Not recommended.

Hotel staff is very very poor, rooms are very small,clumspy.At booking they behave like they are offering 5 star rooms and services but once you paid after that you feel your money got wasted ,they are cheaters specially Anil Negi sales manager, he lacks speaking skills with poor language. Location is little good but rooms are very small. With little exploration you will get better option with less amount also like Earls Court,Vikram Vintage, Radission.

Great stay great food and great staff. Excellent view from the room and the courtyard. Mentions for exe chef. Suman l and front office Vinita ma'am and front office manager Kamesh and F& B Manager Rahul thank you for great service. Most of all Mr. Prshant Pandey. Cheers, Chetan Jolly
