PET FRIENDLY Loved the whole experience of staying here. The owner is lovely lady. The staff is great. The food is really nice. We come here again and again as this place is calm and relaxing. Little far from mall road. PET FRIENDLY resort.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and found the rooms to be quite good. However, there were two issues that I encountered. The first one was an ongoing problem with the hot water in the bathroom. Every time I needed hot water, I had to call reception. The receptionist explained that the hot water system is solar-based, so it cools down quickly and needs to be turned on each time it's needed. While I understand the concept of solar energy, when you're staying at a hotel for relaxation and peace of mind, it's inconvenient to have to call for hot water repeatedly. The second issue was related to room service. I ordered pink sauce pasta, but was served white sauce pasta instead. When I pointed this out, they were willing to correct the mistake. However, when I received the "correct" order, I noticed that they had simply added ketchup to the pasta and mixed it in to resemble pink sauce, which was not the solution I was expecting. On a positive note, I was very pleased with the hotel's staff. They were prompt in helping with luggage from the car to the room, and the buffet breakfast was tasty. They also accommodated my request for a kid's meal, which I really appreciated. The one area that requires improvement is the hot water service in the bathroom. I would suggest they consider installing a geyser option for more convenience. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and the staff was courteous and polite.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are decent enough. Food is very good and tasty. Just little bit far away from the main mall road. Overall the location is fine and is quiet over here. Had a nice stay over here.

It was a wonderful experience, the rooms were very clean, and the design of rooms was very appealing. The services provided were also great. I would highly recommend this hotel. This is a very aesthetic place, if you are someone who lives aesthetics and wants instagramable pictures, you can go for this.

Poor service, arrogance in staff, very strict with dinner 10means 10 no cooperation with guest, and one more thing be ready to take bath with cold or Luke warm water because every time there is no hot water even they have only central water heating system. There are so many other options so kindly try those.

You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. If you're looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, Swiss Cottage is the perfect spot. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Nainital, I recommend Swiss Cottage based on my own experience! I stayed there for three days last week, and it was truly wonderful. Located just 1 km from Mall Road and Nainital Lake, it offers a perfect ambiance and vibe. The staff is polite and courteous, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the food is excellent too.

The approach to this hotel is extremely challenging and something one wouldn't even imagine. It is quite difficult to reach, especially for those unfamiliar with the terrain. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from Mall Road and is situated on a high peak, making accessibility a major concern. While the location may offer scenic views, the inconvenience of reaching it might not be worth it for some travelers.
