Spruce Hill Hotel & Restro

I recently stayed at spruce hill and restro in Nainital, and it was a wonderful experience.....hotel is nestled on a quiet hilltop with stunning views of Naini Lake and the surrounding mountains....rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with a touch of colonial charm. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, making the stay feel warm and comfortable. food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. peaceful atmosphere more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Nainital. Thnks a lot for making my trip mesmerizing

Spruce hill is situated at a steep hill around 500-700 mtrs from mall road. The newly built ( renovated) hotel has neat and clean rooms and washrooms with new jaquar fittings. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful especially their manager Mr Vivek Verma. |We booked a lake view premium suite room 203 with a balcony. The lake view from the balcony was very ordinary as u can only see a small part of the lake. Also since there are monkeys roaming around here and there, u can't sit and use the balcony. |The room service and food service was a tag slow.

While the rooms were clean, the staff service was extremely disappointing. There was no food available at the hotel, and when we ordered pizza on the first day, we were told after waiting two hours that it wasn't available. The only options were paratha, salad, yellow dal, rice, and peanuts. According to the hotel's policy, they require payment in advance, making it difficult to switch to another hotel if you're unhappy with the service. The staff was very limited--only 2-3 people--and their professionalism was lacking. Additionally, the location was far from the lakeside, requiring a 1 km uphill climb. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel with Nice Staff Food is wow Room Service is very fast and hassle free. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean with hot water facilities. Location is also good and convenient near to Mall Road. Having in house parking as parking is always an issue in Nainital. Having Cafeteria to work and enjoy.

Had a wonderful stay here. Here's my feedback: The service is prompt, staff's demeanour is excellent, food is great, clean washrooms, fresh linen. Also the view from the terrace is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Spruce Hill Hotel and Restro. The suites are beautifully designed, offering a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking, and it's a great spot for morning exercises. The dishes at the restaurant are simply delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

All the facilities are very good , staff is so polite and very good and must try mocktails and shakes and the food quality is super ..Lake View from terrace is amazing ..... Rooms are so clean.. and washrooms are clean and beautiful and having bath tub also ...

Wonderful stay here in this hotel, their staff is polite, soft spoken and cooperative. Awesome food, clean washrooms, white fresh linen . can't ask for more super recommended!
