Shah Guest House Nainital

This is pathetic hotel in nainital,most dirty hotel where near by butcher house(meat) smell come in hotel,no cleaniness,front masque . It is situated near masque and front of this hotel there are many small dirty rooms Blankets was very dirty. The manager was very careless. Food quality was not good. Improvement needed.Prices of the rooms were way overpriced.

Terrible Experience - Booking Cancelled Without Notice! I booked two deluxe rooms at Shah Guest House in Nainital online, with no advance payment required. After traveling over 300 km from Saharanpur, we arrived only to be told our booking was canceled and the rooms were given to others. There was no prior notice or explanation. The manager was rude and unhelpful, leaving us stranded with no assistance. Their booking system is a mess, and customer service is nonexistent. Avoid this place if you don't want your plans ruined!

EVERYTHING GOOD EXCEPT WI FI SERVICE...

This is a very good budget guest house, it is 1 km away from Naini lake You can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony here.

I m impressed with the management and the staff , the facilities they are providing is too good at cheap rates, that anyone can afford it. If you are searching for good facilities in less price then you must go here. Rooms are neat and clean , Television, sofa, is also available inside rooms. Specially clean washrooms are neat and clean with the geyser facility.

Nice budget friendly place to stay, rooms are good. Staff is nice. Located near the bus stand but its on the lower road so u have to put a bit extra effort. In off season the room costs around 500-600rs. In season time room costs around 800-1500rs. They also have attach rooms which is great for a family stay. I'm staying here for the 3rd time and i haven't found any other budget friendly and nice place like this.
