The rooms are neat and clean but definitely overpriced. We took a lake view room but the balcony is so small that you can't even sit there for a while on the second floor. By default they'll put you in second floor. If you're coming with parents , skip this hotel. They'll charge extra for a ground floor room. They don't even allow a guest to stay for 5 mins and chat. The hotel staff kept knocking the door till the guest left. The staff were really rude. They asked to pay 2200 per guest to visit for an hour. For the price we paid, definitely not worth it. Better take others hotels where view is good and staff are polite.

Stated 4 nights at seasons hotel. Excellent location - on mall road and walking distance to naina devi temple. Rooms are spacious however need to uograde a bit. Breathtaking views of lake and mountains from each room. Hospitality is at top level. Have decent spread in breakfast however need to improve the taste. To reach the hotel u need to move through a steep road of 250 mtrs upward. Climbing such road for aged people would be very difficult. But hotel provide regular shuttle for pick up and drop at regular intervals till 9.00 pm. That is a great service that they have kept for all the guest. Wifi facility is provided. All in all a great hotel to stay in Nainital.

Decent stay at the price in Nainital. Close to Mall road. Breakfast was included and good. Rooms were a clean but a bit old compared to what we saw in pictures. The climb to the hotel is steep with big bags. Our taxi drive was not be able to get up to the Hotel door step. So we had to lug the luggage up the hill. We later found the hotel have a shuttle that could have come down to get us. Overall stay was good and staff was very helpful.

Amazing place to stay in Nainital. Rooms are spacious and have centralised heating. Service is great. Rooms have great view. It's not exactly on the Mall Road but hotel provides a shuttle service from 10 am to 10 pm which is really helpful. It's a small steep hill walk if you don't want to take the shuttle which I'll not suggest for elderly. Major view points are on walking distance. Staff is very helpful.

I booked this hotel since it was relatively a new property in comparisons to Hotels on Mall road with lake view, and away from the Mall road which I very much wanted . Moreover, other options on the Mall road were considerably old properties. Stayed for 02 nights. Location and approach is very very BAD, although the hotel provides pick up and drop service from the Mall road. The hotel is poorly maintained, with curtains hanging without rings, matress in very poor shape, low quality linen etc. The sleep was not at all comfortable with the matress sinking more than required. The food quality was also nothing much to boast. The staff was polite no doubt. Those driving in own car should forget getting in n out of the hotel on a daily basis since once needs expertise in driving on the steep climb as I observed even local drivers struggling. On further enquiry ,I realised there were better lake facing options available at 60% the rate of this property. Over all average.

Location is excellent, mall road is at walking distance, the view is beautiful from room/from the garden area. Hotel is at a steep point but they have drop off & pick up service which did help. Staff are friendly, buffet breakfast was good and good variety, rooms are also good. The only suggestion is to have clean bedsheets & pillows. My son had food poisoning from outside restaurant and while sleeping he vomited in the bed. When staff came to change bedsheet & pillow covers - we noticed dirty mattress and dirty pillows, totally unhygienic.

Cost is little high but all services are good, view is good. Food is very awesome and good. Reaching hotel is little steep so need to be careful but hotel has pickup and drop facility which is very good and staff is very helpful. Overall very good experience.

The rooms were nice & cosy. Just a few things which weren't great are first there was one pungent smell in the room as well in the bathroom, secondly, the bathroom was also not cleaned properly. The Overall experience of the stay was pleasant. I got a nice view of Naini Lake from the room balcony, The hotel location is in the centre. The restaurant experience was not that amazing, the food was not that tasty.
