We got 2 rooms [ one double bed + one round bed ] for 7k and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay peacefully in Nainital. One thing I like about the hotel staff is that they are quick to listen and serve the customers. Bathroom + Ambience + Space + Location + Balcony View All amazing. The parking was not available but they helped us park the car in Govt. Parking Place. The outside view was the most beautiful thing.

Hi Friends, I am sharing my experience of Hotel Happy Home Nainital The Location is this hotel is very good bcoz it establish on the Mall Road, near to Tallital It's show you lake view in your room so plz try room for lake view. According to word of Deluxe room size is little spaciuos but no doubt for 2 person it's comfortable if u want to go with family then choose family suite. Now how much it charge? Answer is depend on season but I assure you all this hotel is value for money. In house restaurant which provide veg and non veg foods, food quality is good. Service is good, staff is also soft spoken and responsive. So I prefer to all of you that you can go and stay with this.

We, a family of 3 stayed at Happy Home in May 2018. Hotel is right on the Mall road and facing the Naini Lake. You get a splendid view of the lake from the hotel's common balcony. Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor give a better view. There are lake facing rooms too. Rooms are compact. We found some insects in the bathroom and 2 spiders (1 big on the sofa and 1 small on the bed). 2 floor's climb from the base of the hotel to the reception is quiet a task. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. The food was tasty and with good variety. But the place allocated for buffet is quite congested. Housekeeping staff was quite supportive.

The Location is so good and it is ideal only for couple or young ages people as there is almost 40-50 stairs to reach the hotel room, However hotel staff are cooperative here and will carry your luggage. But the rooms are very small and are just enough to lying one small bed in it. They are not too much spacious. But the good thing is that view from room windows is just amazing (If you opt for lake view rooms). I have attached some pics from the hotel rooms Also, other room accessories are not standard like heater. Even they do not provide kettle in all the rooms. If anybody need hot water, they have to call the reception and which is available only in day hours. Additionally, kettle was also not properly washed. Food Quality is very good and did not disappointed us in whatever we had ordered. But do not expect too much here if you're concern about hygiene food. Parking facility is not available and you have to park your vehicle in Nainital Parking space which is almost 1.5 kms away from the Hotel. One last thing, if you're planning to visit Nainital in off-season then book hotel directly after reaching here instead of booking online. Bonus Point: Wine shop is just below the hotel :P

I had a pleasant stay for 3 days at this hotel. Naini lake can be seen from the hotel's balcony and rooms are decent. The only problem is the stairs which are way too much and sometimes feel like a trek after you're tired. Also the food is something I greatly cherish till date. For that this place is a must visit.

Awesome rooms . But only the ones facing lake. Named as lake view rooms. Beware the hotel staff and reception are too cunning and always ready to make fool of you. Overall stay is very good. Breakfast is just about good. Rooms are good for couples. The non Lakeview rooms might be little suffocating for people expecting a nice breeze and view. Overall food in the valley is below average compared to Delhi.

This hotel is discriminatory to foreign travelers. There is no hot water kettle, no air conditioner, no daily cleaning. Their price is double that of other similar hotels who do happily welcome foreign guests. Their management claimed it was an issue with local rules which obviously was a lie because other better and very close by hotels in nainital (on the lake) happily accepted us for half the price. Customer service is a big zero here.

Rooms are good and clean. But I didn't like there service, was served milk in dirty glass, also staff was denying that it was dirty. Certain amenities slso needs to be improved. Would have rated it at least had staff being little polite. Apart from this experience, hotel is good, located near lake, you can have a good view and sleep peacefully.
