Namah Nainital, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats

We had an amazing stay at your hotel. This was my first ever visit to Nanital and you guys made it memorable by your folks dance, pupet show. I also had my first time having the star gazing, despite of the difficult weather conditions, I was able to see the moon and also got the detailed pictures through the telescope. Sanjana from reception, Himanshu, Vijay, Deen, Bhishan Meenakshi and the whole staff was extremely good with us. The crux is that our first visit to Nanital was Memorable because of you guys.

Very comforting stay. Nearby to lake, shuttle available. Was travelling with a 6 month old, staff was quick and helpful in preparing fresh baby food. Apart from this hotel offered a bunch of activities for kids such as magic show, puppet show, etc. Food was good, not oily, cooked to perfection by chef.

We stayed here for 3 nights with family and we had an excellent experience. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to help us which is important when you are travelling with kids. The housekeeping staff especially Mr Madan were extremely efficient. The chef also went out if the way to help us. With a great view of the valley and the lake from above, this makes the stay an amazing experience

This property is a charm. We stayed for 3 nights. Check in smooth, being a Prime member was upgraded to a family room. Bed very comfortable. House keeping excellent. Towels need to be changed they show the age. Food and breakfast spread delicious. Special mention Miss Meena was perfect at serving us. Worth the money spent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of the lobby. One of the highlights was the hotel's restaurant--delicious food with a wide variety of options. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive.

Wonderful experience. All staff members are very active, supportive and helpful in every steps such as in food services, room services, and transport services and many more. Staying with Namah has been a wonderful experience. We were here for celebrating 50th anniversary of our parents and it went out beautifully. The hospitality the cooperation of the staff was above excellence. They were always ready for help, support and cooperation in every manner . We enjoyed every bit of the stay . I would highly recommend it to everyone .
