Lake side Inn Nainital

This cafe/ hotel is situated in central Mall Road. It's so cozy and warm, you'll feel like you're in a cafe in Scotland. The staff are extremely friendly. Thanks to Pankaj for taking good care of us on all days with a wide smile. :) The food and drinks are also too good. Must visit if you're coming to Nainital.

Nice hotel in Nainatal on mall road. . Beautiful lake view from room and restaurant. Great food in restaurants but always crowded. |All staffs are great especially Amit and Jagdish and ready to help with a big smile. Bathroom was packed with all necessary toiletries.Will recommend to my friends and families and hopefully will come back again.

I stayed here with my family. Hotel is located on prime spot on Mall Road with a great view. The food here is a bit pricey, but very nicely presented and with a good taste. Staff specially Jagdish and team was helpful and made our stay better. Rooms are a bit smaller, only 2 can accommodate well. Heater in room made our stay more comfortable. Must recommended hotel - with parking. Suggestions: Hot water in shower frequently gets slow and cold. This is something they we not able to fix. Bathing was a task because of this.

I had a wonderful experience at the Lakeside Inn, and a big part of that was thanks to Vicky. From the moment we arrived, Vicky went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always available, courteous, and incredibly helpful with everything from check-in to local recommendations. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring. Thank you, Vicky, for all your support -- you truly made our visit memorable!

Don't know why it is so overhyped !! Was visiting Nanital from Gurgaon and was excited to try their food. But was super disappointed !! We sat there for almost 20 mins and no staff/waiter approached us to serve water or take our order. We called different waiters 5-6 times then one them finally decided to take our order. And when the food arrived it was quite average. The price is so high and quantity is so so less !! We asked for water 6-7 times. Even a person dining at the table next to us told the waiter that we have been asking for water so many times. Kindly train your staff to be more hospitable. People come there to spend money and eat. You are not giving food for free to show so much attitude. Really really disappointed and turned our first day in Nanital quite sour !!

Lovely cafe with a cozy vibe and fantastic coffee. Loved the ambiance, the coffee was spot on, and the desserts were fresh and tasty. A must-visit for anyone in the area! The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Will definitely visit again for Vanilla coffee

We recently booked this hotel for a trip to Nainital and paid a total of 40,000 in advance for 5 rooms, as instructed by the manager. Despite full payment, we received no confirmation, no official booking proof, and all attempts to contact the property have been ignored since. This experience strongly suggests fraudulent activity, and we urge others to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this establishment.

Hotel is on the mall road with beautiful lake view and has a pretty restaurant on the first floor. Food is served till 10:30pm and is worth a shot. Rooms are equipped with decent amenities including warm and cool AC, hair dryer, slippers, dental kit, tea, coffee etc. Each floor has a balcony facing the lake so that the people with non view rooms can also enjoy the lake view. Staff is polite and rooms are clean. Some things to consider before are limited parking space and rooms may feel smaller for the price. I booked the oak room and it doesn't have a wardrobe but I had only one bag so it wasn't a big deal for me. Families with more luggage and three people in the same room can be challenging to fit. Apart from that the location is great and I enjoyed my stay and their hospitality.
