Hotel Woodland

We had a great hospitality at Hotel Woodland, the manager, so pure and humble with his words, took care of even small needs and left us fully satisfied with our experience. The rooms were absolutely clean and the bathroom was also stylish and room was fulfilled all required amenities. The hot water facility was also working perfectly. The hotel is at a good location with a walkable distance from mall road. Overall it was a great deal with a very reasonable and pocket friendly price.

We were a group of 10 who had a grt time in Woodland hotel, the rooms are just as shown in d pictures , the bathrooms are clean and well made. Hot water was available 24/7 more than their frontal rooms d interiors of d back side rooms are well designed. The hospitality and prompt service of d staff is commendable, variety of both veg and non food in their small yet cosy restaurant is delicious,location is very close to mall road. All in all this hotel made our stay comfortable and memorable.

The best thing about Hotel Woodland is its location- you can walk and reach Naini Lake in just 5 minutes. Rooms are great well equipped with all the facilities, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. You can take guidance from the staff and then plan your visit accordingly. The food is also very good.

This is a decent budget hotel. The rooms are small in size, but comfortable. One drawback i found was that there is place to keep only 1 trolley bags. We had 3 bags and we struggled to find place. There are no views from the rooms though. No window. Staff is very warm and courteous. Service is very prompt. Special thanks to Mr Bhanu Pratap. He was taking care of all little things. We liked his gesture. Food is reasonably priced, freshly cooked and very tasty. There is no car parking. You will have to climb approx 15 stairs to reach reception. Further 10 stairs if you have your room on top. Though this hotel is only 500 mtr away from the market, but the road leading to the hotel is a slope. So at the end of the day after doing sight seeing or coming back from Market you get tired upon reaching hotel. This is a biggest drawback i think. Cable car and naina temple is 10 mins walking distance from hotel

Booked a family suite with 2 rooms which had a king size bed and a queen size bed.The rooms were good. Well maintained washroom. Can face few difficulties with hot water which is absolutely required in such cold places.

Was hoping to have a good experience but sad to say it wasnt as pleasant as it looks in the images online. They don't offer you free heater which is a basic necessity in peak winter season (Most other hotels had offered us it free of charge in our trip). The one they offer for 500/day is useless as it doesnt even heatup the room and the size is really small and its just waste of money. Rather you sleep without a heater which wouldn't even make a difference. Room was dirty with a very weird smell as soon as you enter. There's continuous noise is certain rooms at the very end corner of the hotels. Noise of people, dogs, construction work, vehicles. Couldnt rest properly at all. The size of the room was decent. They provided a tasty local welcome drink. The food was good, can't complaint. The staff is also good but I won't say the best compared to other hotels we stayed in. They just do their job for the sake of it and wont entertain anything additional for the sake of good service. Wouldn't really recommend this, its also on a slope and you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the hotel lobby and rooms. This becomes a task when you come back from exploring the Naini lake and market places in such a shivering cold. The roads are narrow and you couldnt park your car for a second as it will jam the whole traffic. They have a parking area which is very congested to enter and exit but its there. All in all I would rate it 4 on 10 that too since it is really close to the Nainital Lake and Mal Road.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 days and paid 37k. The hotel Staff is cooperative and address your issues.Rooms r ok to book if u r getting it betn 2k-2.5k. washroom wrst condtn and drainage issues. As the hotel is on main road (far from naini lake) u will face noise poltion and gathering of drunk people till midnight. 3 items in the name of buffet bkfst.

Kamal at Reception desk is amazing person and gave us room at morning 6 AM Except parking everything is great Suggestions: Provide kettle Geyser can be improved Wifi doesn't let you browse many things.
