Hotel Welcome Park

Our stay in room 211 was pleasant, as it offered a spacious layout and a lovely lake view. The parking service was excellent, and the pickup service provided was convenient. While the staff were helpful, their frequent requests for money were unsettling. Additionally, the cleanliness of the washroom was disappointing, as it was not well-maintained, and the room had a noticeable foul smell, which impacted our overall experience.

Worst service..Staffs are very rude. Have booked 2 days for my family but they all are quite fed up with the services. Rooms and washroom were not cleaned during handover. Washroom was wet and water was on the floor, it was stinking like anything. Soap dispenser was not working. Towels were in bad shape. Have ordered food but it was pathetic. Had to go out with family and unfortunately no public conveyance was available, had to carry my baby and walked approx 1.5 kms. They promised to provide free shuttle from hotel India (500 meters) away from the hotel since you have to walk uphill. I called them 6 times and waited on the road with my family (with small kid) for around 30 min but no shuttle was provided. When I asked, they didn't give any straight answer. Unfortunately, hotel owner is not bothered about any customer services and leaving the Porperty unattended. At the end, I will be very careful next time and won't book any property like this.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Value for money. However the service is a bit slow Food option are very limited and takes lot of time to prepare. Nearby restaurants needs some walking down the road

1. Used towel in the bathroom hanging while we checked in 2. Leftover water in the kettle 3. Not very clean bathroom + no toilet roll 4. Stains on the bathroom mirror 5. Mattress and top sheet not very clean 6. We called for water at 10pm they didn't turn up till morning 7. Reception staff not welcoming 8. The hotel is located at a very steep location. Though they provide free pick drop from mall road. Over all not much recommended if you are cleanliness freak. Even our kiddo noticed these flaws very clearly!! The only thing which was amazing is the view of the lake from our room, which we hardly could adore for 30 mins cos as tourists we would wanna travel around rather than sit in the room!!

Rooms are smaller considering the price and also the bathroom and even simple facilities like teabags and electric kettle. Not giving even one complimentary bottle of mineral water. Need overall improvement in facilities considering the price per day.

Rooms were overpriced but alright according to the view outside of lake however the staff definitely need to learn how to treat customers. From very moment we reached there, the person standing behind the desk doesn't seems much bothered. At night we were told lift will be provided from the main road to hotel. Even after calling them 3-5 times the driver came after 20 minutes. Leaving us outside in cold. No cleaning in bathroom or kettle,heater, water bottles or any call to check on guests. Ridiculous service but good hotel if you are looking for lake view only. Not returning definitely.

I really loved this place, i stayed for 2 days, it is a nice place with an amazing view and very close to the mall road, The staff is humble, and helpful. Thank you for the good experience. Only one thing, do something about monkey.

If '0 star' option was available, i would have given that. No heater. No hot water. No toiletries. No amenities.No kettles to heat your drinking water. NOTHING! The staff doesn't even care if your needs are taken care of. The tap literally had lukewarm water and the staff said, quote unquote, This is hot water only madam. Imagine taking bath with lukewarm water in 1degree celsius with no heater in the room. The only good thing about this hotel is its view, but what would the 'view' serve if rest all things are beyond horrible!!!!!! Hot water and Heater is a must in places like Nainitaal, and this is really a common sense!! If you're charging 5k per night per room, then at-least have the decency to provide basic amenities. Felt like this property is of some big shot who doesn't really care about the service at all and who just wants to turn their money white. I certainly know not to come here for my next tour to Nainitaal!
