I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely amazing, and the best part was the stunning lake view from the property, which truly made the experience special. However, if you're traveling with elderly individuals, I would recommend reconsidering this property, as it has more than 200 stairs and can be quite challenging to access by foot. Additionally, make sure to park your car in the paid parking area near the market, as it's more convenient. Overall, a good experience, but accessibility might be an issue for some.

The hotel staff is great. Food quality is good. The major problem is the location because it's not on Mall Road. It's a steep uphill, so going to and fro from the hotel is a big hassle. The hotel should provide a cab to go to Mall road. For the price, cab should be provided especially for senior citizens.

Very old property not maintained properly. I recently stayed at this hotel in Nainital, and my experience was okay but not great. There were both positives and negatives to my stay. Pros: - Great location with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. - Comfortable and well-maintained rooms, making for a decent stay. - Friendly and efficient service; the staff ensured our needs were met. Cons: - The washroom had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to poor ventilation. - The food was average and could have had better variety and taste. Overall, it was an average stay--not bad, but not particularly memorable. If location and service matter most to you, this hotel could be a good choice. However, improvements in food quality and bathroom ventilation would make the experience much better.

Had a pleasant and cozy stay at Hotel Silverton. The rooms were comfortable and the overall atmosphere felt quite homely. The view from the hotel is beautiful and adds a relaxing charm to the experience. Food was another highlight--tasty and served at very affordable rates. The only downside is that the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow, which can be a bit inconvenient for larger vehicles. Overall, a good value-for-money stay!

The view from the room is awesome. The staff is very nice and cooperative. They will everything in their capacity to make the stat comfortable but the rooms were not neat and clean. Better room maintenance can be done.

This was the best trip to Nainital with my family till date, and the stay here played a big role in making this happen. The balcony of this property is very amazing, waking up in the morning, you can see such a beautiful view straight from here that I can't even describe it. The staff here is very cooperative, has good selection, the food is very hygienic and awesome. I thank you all

My stay at [Hotel Name] was extremely disappointing and far from acceptable. The room was in terrible condition--there was a broken bed, a shattered mirror, and the overall cleanliness was nonexistent. Hygiene standards were clearly not maintained. The washroom had a huge spider, and the room was full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable and unhygienic. On top of that, there was a foul smell throughout the room which made the stay even worse. There was no parking available despite it being listed as an amenity, and the staff showed zero hospitality during my entire stay. No assistance was offered, and no effort was made to address the issues I faced. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made.
