It is excellent hotel in heart of centre point. Very caring and courteous staff, nice food, non alcoholic hotel, super room service and customer care at top priority. One of our member had fast on one day but restaurant chef and staff took so much care to provide their best alternative. Even staff went to market to buy fruits specially for one person. Great hotel worth going ....

No words for appreciation best experience of my 3 days visit. Love that place food is osem location is perfect parking space is more than enough.. overall I'm totally satisfied and happy with there hospitality. Love to visit again

We had a great time! Stayed here for 4 nights, it was lovely. Staff was great and the food is absolutely amazing. The live music at the hotel restaurant is equally enjoyable. The only issue is that there is no proper heating so if booking in winters be careful

We had booked 2 standard rooms but they upgraded our room to a family suite room. It was a wonderful experience. Great service.

We booked directly from hotel, Rooms were spacious,we booked super delux room, it's almost 114 years old building though maintained very well, Room was big along with an additional room with bed, bathroom was big and good, Location is just a half an km from mall road ,service was good , Breakfast was above average . Overall good choice for family ..

The only hotel near mall road with a huge parking. You will not be stopped outside Nainital if you stay here. Rooms are quite big, heritage feel. Overall a good property
