Hotel Palace

It was a pathetic experience. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms smelly and they gave us a different room than it was shown in the pictures. I would recommend staying on the road than this hotel.

Hotel is not that great but staff is humble. If you are on a boys trip you may prefer this hotel for a night stay.

I, Mr. Subhro Das have worst experience,,,,room service is very poor,,,no shop,,,no towal...provide a dirty Jug for drinking water...bed and blanket are very dirty...rooms are very small,,,and very bad smell in the room...Privacy of rooms are poor...common balcony...curtains are very old and dirty...window glasses are transparent... comfort of bed are not satisfactory...No complementary services provided... I have called 4-5 times for every services... Staff are not well behaved... Manager is also same.... I will never suggest for staying in Hotel Palace,,,it's not a Palace...It'd a Dirty Place...

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Don't go by the name of Hotel, there is nothing to be called it as a "Palace". Except the location of the Hotel, the Hotel is good for nothing. Pros: Location of the Hotel. Cons: 1. Unhygienic atmosphere. 2. Cleanliness issues are there. 3. Rooms have no Fan or AC. 4. No geyser in bathrooms. Hot water in Bathroom is available only in morning(from 7:30am to 10:30am).

We stayed here for 3 days... Service was good. The food served was good and very tasty.. The hospitality was good and the location is good, view from the room is very pleasant.. Mall road is very nearby so anytime you can go . 1 thing is they provide hot water on tap at a specific time in the morning from 8 to 10.30 am they can increase that time and provide a kettle in the room.

Location is good but rooms are not very good. Though sufficient for Nainital kind of place

View is excellent if you r on top floor. There was no geaser no jet . Hot water comes till 10 am then they stop the hot water. Most of the switch was not working , location is good as it is on mall road . They have common balcony

Amazing location, walking distance from Naini lake. View from our room was great! Food was also tasty and the service was quite commendable.. Only one drawback: They should provide kettles in the room
