Hotel Mount 'N' Lake

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Nainital, and it was truly fabulous! The view from the hotel was breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the entire town. The room service was top-notch, and the staff were extremely polite and courteous. Whenever I requested hot water, it was promptly provided, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also has ample parking space for cars and bikes, making it convenient for guests. The location is ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk from Mall Road, which is about 1 kilometer away. I paid 2,200 for a balcony room with a view, which was well worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, excellent service, and convenient location."

*Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Hassle** Our experience at Mount N Lake Hotel was far from pleasant. The biggest drawback is its **remote location** -- it's situated **way too far from Mall Road**, with **no transport facility** provided by the hotel. The steep climb to reach the property is extremely tiring, and once you're there, it's a challenge to go back down and explore the town without your own vehicle. It honestly **spoiled the entire trip** experience. At the very least, the hotel should consider arranging **shuttle service or a tumble train** to help guests commute comfortably. The **only saving grace** was the **taste of the food**, which was indeed good. However, the **prices are unreasonably high** -- for example, 700 for just 600g chicken gravy and 150 for a simple paratha is excessive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're okay with isolation and don't plan on exploring the nearby areas(In this case, would recommend any hotel near bhimtal lake)

Don't go for this images that are shown in the MMT sites , we had a worse experience lately, room shown and the room given was entirely different , we found it after the check in and when we asked for the room change they denied it . We had to wait for 4 hrs and countless calls get our refund. Basically it's a scam hotel. Won't recommend it to anyone. Glad that Goibibo executive sorted it and got back our money from this scammers

This is a very bad hotel. The rooms are very dirty. The furniture is also very dirty. The toilet doors are very dirty. The toilet seat is broken. The buckets are completely dirty, there is fungus and the floor is also very dirty. It makes noise. Overall, this is the worst hotel in Nainital. If you do not find any hotel in Nainital, then go to this hotel, otherwise it is the worst third class hotel.

This hotel is totally waste of money. They are such a cheat, dont ever make advance payments. They will stop picking your calls or revert once you make the pyment to them.

Very Kind People and Staff , service are very fine in the hotel and location for hotel is soo fantastic . The view from the hotel was excellent you are able to see whole lake from the hotel balcony !!

The staff is so much rude very worst property for stay shops location is poor it on very height no taxis available . Washrooms bedroom no cleanings. Blankets and towels smells pathetic. so overall will not recommend anyone to stay. it was worst experience here.

i must say location is little higher from the Lake but the view is totally mesmerizing. Good Rooms, Friendly Service, All staff is good. i will definitely visit again. i will definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends and family.
