Hotel Lake View

I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel was such a disaster that people need to be warned. From the moment I stepped in, everything felt off. The room was in terrible condition -- the pillows and bed were full of algae and fungus, with a damp, musty smell that made it impossible to rest. It was like sleeping in a swamp. Hygiene was clearly not a priority. The washroom was horrifying. I found a spider on the sink, an earthworm near the drain, and a snail slowly making its way across the floor. It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned for months. There was mold on the tiles, a constant foul odor, and absolutely nothing felt usable,no exhaust fan. To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room, so if you needed anything, you had to go down and ask -- which didn't help much because room service was practically non-existent. When I asked for basic things like clean towels , the staff either took forever or didn't bother at all. I felt completely ignored. The whole experience was beyond disappointing. No cleanliness, no basic amenities, no service. Honestly, I wouldn't wish this stay on anyone. This place seriously needs a health inspection. Avoid it at all costs.

Agar 1 star rating se b kam hota toh..is hotel ko whi milta. Unhygienic rooms - cockroch, insect .it's their policy ki hot water morning main 7 to 10 ayega . Bathrooms are very very dirty. Inse jada clean public toilet hotel hai bus stand and railway station ke. Rude staff behaviour - staff behaviour is very rude . Agar aap complaint kro tho they will threaten you that leave the room ..inko pta hota hai ki hotel rooms are not available nearby .so they threaten you. It's my request to everyone. Agar apki majboori hai tho hi ye hotel room book kre. Don't expect anything good from these guys. My stay duration was - 13 to 14 April Totally a horrible experience I had along with my family ...these people ruined our trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I booked this place expecting decent service, but what I got was a nightmare. 1. Filthy Rooms - The room was disgusting. The bedsheets had stains, the bathroom smelled awful, and there was dust all over the furniture. It was clear that the housekeeping staff didn't care about cleanliness. 2. Rude and Unhelpful Staff - The reception staff was unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. When I complained about the dirty room, they dismissed my concerns and refused to provide a better one. 3. False Advertising - The hotel claims to have Wi-Fi, hot water, and good service, but none of these were available. The Wi-Fi never worked, and the hot water was non-existent despite multiple complaints. 4. Horrible Food - The breakfast was stale, and the restaurant was unhygienic. I ended up eating outside because I couldn't risk falling sick. 5. Noisy and Uncomfortable Stay - The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear loud noises from other rooms all night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. I had high hopes for this hotel, but it was a complete disaster. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. This place is not worth your money, and I regret ever booking it. Zero stars if I could!

Worst experience ever, they don't change bedsheets or wash the quilt. The room furnitures are rotten, pathetic condition of toilet. Not hygiene. Staff behaviour was inappropriate. Ekdum bakwas.

It was the worst hotel to stay in nainital..or i would say in whole india... don't fall for it's lake view...i stayed in room no 320 and for 2000 per day...and it was the worst experience i had in my life...no hot water even during morning....used and dusty rajai's messy toilet.. and it stinks...so if you are reading this comment please see for other hotels maybe 500 extra will be worth than giving here 1500 per day...so good luck

Location is good and room condition is also good but check but hotel staf behavior not good they provide us room very late at night but our check in time is 10 am

Sabse ghatiya hotel price very high and service is worst I will never recommend anyone even on worst scenarios.

Worst ever experience and room was pathetic. Specially staffs behaviour were not appropriate including owner who was always drunk and smelling. I was wet as it was raining continuously but he delayed check in but he wanted me to leave room at pin point time neither a minute delay.
