Hotel Hidden Chalet

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could ask for - comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and even a great view from the window. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly every day. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service was prompt and the food always arrived hot and fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to key attractions and well-connected by public transport. There's also ample parking space if you're traveling by car. The facilities were excellent too - I enjoyed the gym, the swimming pool, and the spa. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is actually hidden in the high lanes of Nanital. It's location is good close to Naina Devi Temple, Mall roAd and nearby other markets however accessibility can be an issue especially for elders as one needs to climb good no of stairs to reach the hotel. Nearby Govt paid parking 500 for upto 24 hours. Rooms and it's washroom are decent sized, clean and maintained however linens and towels that were provided were dirty. Complimentary RO water and Geyser available. They have in house restaurant which provides good quality and quantity of food at Decent prices. I paid around 2k with dinner for this room. Overall a value for money hotel

A Hidden Gem in the Mountains My stay at Hidden Chalet was absolutely perfect! The breathtaking mountain views, cozy and spotless rooms, and warm, attentive staff made it unforgettable. The food was delicious, and the location was ideal for hiking and relaxation. Waking up to serene sunrises was the highlight. Highly recommend for a peaceful mountain escape!

Location of the hotel is quite good.(the end of mall road). Bedsheet was quite dirty.(The only negative thing about the hotel in my opinion). You have to climb steps which is pretty common in very hotel of nanital. SERVICE is outstanding and staff is polite and helpful.

The hotel staff acted overly clever and deceived us about the route to the station, overcharging us in the process. Later, when we tried to contact them, they ignored our calls. A highly dishonest and fraudulent experience, treating customers as if they are naive
