Hotel Goroomgo Nainital

Absolutely ridiculous service. We were travelling from Delhi, had a booking for 10 people. While we were trying to get a confirmation on our booking, they kept us wandering from one contact to another. Put me on hold for 20 minutes only to say 'madam network Sahi nahi hai' and then hung up. After actively running after the staff of Goroomgo Avone, they had the audacity to cancel the full-paid booking just a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. Stranded in the middle, had to book another stay. The staff is ridiculous, zero sense of management.

Firstly, this FRAUD hotel do not pick the calls. When they pick it, they keep it on a long hold untill you disconnect the call. They are pure FRAUD and SCAM with the money of tourist.
