Hotel Aroma by Royal Collection Hotels

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in the Mallital area, which is about 500 meters from the Naina Devi Temple. However, be aware that there's a steep slope leading up to the temple, which can be a bit challenging, especially at night since there are no streetlights on that road. Climbing back up the slope can be quite difficult, so if you're not keen on walking, having a vehicle is definitely helpful. The good news is that the hotel offers a convenient pickup and drop-off service to both the temple and Mall Road, making it much easier to get around. The hotel also provides ample parking space, which is a big plus if you're traveling by car. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a night or two, especially if you're looking for a short stay in the area. It's a nice place with decent facilities, but the steep incline might be a challenge for some guests. Room category - Deluxe Room Room - 3/5 Location - 3/5 Staff - 4/5

Namaskar bandhu, first things first.||It ain't a business or a boutique or a 3 starrer property.. So if one goes with less expectations n actual plans to roam in Nainital rather than spend time in a hotel, then this hotel is definitely for u.||EV OWNERS :-A decent enough e- fill PRIVATE charger 7.5 kw guided by Mr. Pushkar at thd reception who even arranged space for my car to charge. No light issues during my 2 he charging. Though the app is bad n customer support on app is 0.||A parking for around 15 cars with ease.. One can even see vintage heel of owner who resides on the top floor.||Entry to hotel is through a motorable alley just to the left of HOTEL RADISSON next to high court..||Ground floor rooms have parking as their view so avoid.||Upper floor ones r better. Sufficient for 2, a tv, kettle, old glasses n old furniture..||Bathrooms r spacious n yes they clearly mention hot water timings from 8-10 am. ( but I got from 7:30 only)..|Blankets r old but workable.||Common tidy balcony opens up in parking n outside pine trees n open area.. Balcony does have seats to sit..|Restaurant is oldish. |Tip:- a) book directly through nos. Procured from their website through muss neetu to get a good deal. |b) Ev charging 7 5"kw is there. |c) CGAMPAWAT GHEE from the reception desk is tooooo good n better than market ones at 1000.. /kg. ||

The experience was very good. The location is little inside but the room is quite spacious. We booked a family room. The chef makes the food as per ur desire.

The hotel is decent enough for a night or two. It is located on a hill top you can easily walk down to the lake and market. It has its own parking space. Services are good. Front desk is very responsive. We stayed there for a night.

We have booked deluxe room which was spacious and have basic amenities. Staff is good and polite. Rooms have common balcony. Food was very delicious. Hotel is at hill top, away from the crowded area which was good. Hotel has a big parking area. Naina devi temple and mall road is 600 meter. Must Hire scooty from here.

We Paid 5.5K per night for this hotel but Hotel Aroma should not even be called a hotel--it's nothing more than a shabby lodge! The rooms were filthy, the beds and mattresses were old and incredibly uncomfortable, and even the lights were broken. There was no proper space to sit and relax, making the entire experience unbearable. If you're thinking of staying here with your family, DON'T. You will regret it, just like we did. The door was broken, allowing cold wind to seep in through both the door and the windows, making it impossible to rest. The entire stay was an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs!

The culinary experience provided was truly exceptional. The chef's skills were evident in the remarkable quality of each dish. Every bite was a testament to their dedication and expertise. It's clear that a great deal of care goes into preparing such exquisite food. This level of culinary excellence deserves high praise. Credit goes to Kailash Singh he was such an excellent guy and very supportive.
