This is located in the main city area, the mall road area, all the must visit places are nearby. Rooms are decent, have a common gallery with an amazing view. Don't book from online platforms, they charge a hefty fee compared to the offline booking. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

I had a deeply disappointing and unpleasant experience during my stay at Hotel Hill View. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and basic hospitality were not a priority for this establishment. The room provided was unclean and unhygienic. There were hairs stuck on the bedsheet and pillow, and the quilt was stained with food remnants--clear evidence that it hadn't been changed after the previous guest. It looked like the staff had simply tightened the bedsheet to make it appear clean. The floor was covered in dust, and there was no sense of cleanliness anywhere. Basic amenities were shockingly absent--no floor mat, no slippers, and no drinking water. What was worse, the bottles kept in the room were previously used bottles refilled with supply water, which is completely unacceptable. There wasn't even a single glass provided to drink water. The geyser wasn't functional unless I specifically requested the hotel manager to turn it on. I had to ask for every little thing, which was frustrating and exhausting. Despite booking the hotel for two days, when I asked for room cleaning on the second day, I was told that the staff had gone to attend a marriage, and they simply refused to clean the room. That was the last straw, and I had to raise a complaint through Agoda's helpline, since I booked the hotel through their platform. Only after the complaint did one of the staff members offer to provide a different room--but the damage was already done. For a hotel stay costing me over 6100 (even after discounts), this was an absolute nightmare and far from worth it.

I booked this "Hill view hotel" family room .@ nanital.@ 5400 rs/ night. .Just want to share that it was the WORST experience in terms of hotel room hygiene, pathetic room service ,, and very bad behaviour by staff . Even water provided at hotel was not packed but was filled by normal tap water poured in bisleri bottle which was agreed by hotel staff that it was normal tap water. Evenmore, parking facility was mentioned in amenities but they forced us to park our car at govt parking in nanital which costed us extra 1000 bucks! Further, in cold weather , gyser was not working properly.. we have to call the hotel staff 4-5 times for gyser. One star for this hotel is much more to rate .. never recommend this hotel stay to anyone!

Ye jagah 1 star ke bhi layak nahi hai. Minus would've been better. They charged 5500 per night and didn't give breakfast, bisleri or light. There was no network, no wifi, no ventilation, rude staff, fake photos online and 1km far from mall road. Zero cleanliness, washroom was stinky and it was such a bad experience.
