V bad experience. not worthy for even 1 star. Fraud people. Too much dirty rooms. Washrooms were horrible. Cheaters , taken full payment in advance and cancelled my booking via booking.com so that review can't be posted there. Arrogant people.

Pathetic hotel.. Rooms are exceptionally small and smelling too bad. tv was not working, no geyser nothing. Room was very dirty linen was torn and dirty. It was the worst stay till now. I spent the night somehow as room was smelling. No parking facility available even you can not unload your luggage in front of the hotel.. Even the staff is not very helpful. I would definitely say no to this hotel. This kind of hotel must not be on online site as you cannot see how dirty it is. Bathroom was so untidy that my kids was unwilling to take bath. At least hotel must be clean if there is not much facility.

The rooms are cute and you get to see the lake view from common balcony but to survive in winters, all they provide you is quilts and blankets and geysers are also not available here, the staff can help you with a bucket of hot water. However, hot running water service is available from 7am to 10am. Cannot comment about the food. I hope the things are better in summer here.

Don't go with pictures! We waited for an hour or more to get to our room. Suffocating room with smell and garbage all over the place, we paid an extra 1000 bucks for the lake view but they were not able to provide us. Not even basic toiletries were given. My only suggestion is to check in person, don't book online.

Pathetic hotel.. While booking they claim parking facility available but there is no parking space even you can not unload your luggage in front of the hotel.. The receptionist was so polite and even the entire squad of the hotel management. They were like really sweet. The only problem was tha jet tap of the toilet seat in the washroom and that there was no room heater. So if you're gonna go in winters, you're kinda gonna freeze. However I don't think that would be a problem during summers. Loved the staff tho!

Worst place to stay at. They took my payment online by saying the rooms are getting booked fast and i need to pay the full amount. We paid, but when we arrived at the hotel they had no rooms as per our booking, insted they provided us some cheap rooms(we booked rooms of 2500 and they gave us rooms of 1200). There was no electricity for the full night, dirty rooms no hot water beyond 8am to 10am. Also as a icing on top. They cancelled the booking so that we cannot give any review on booking page.

Good hotel on Mall road it is near by mallital.Hotel view is lake infront only for fron room.the hotel situated in private road jus 100 meter walk from Mall road. Hotel staff is also very good and support. Food is also availabke in we didn't tak Over all hotel is good as per my opinion. This hotel is best for bachelor.
