Foxoso Heritage Hotel

we were very disappointed with our hotel stay. The hotel's pictures on Google and Agoda were not true. The rooms were not good. When we arrived, we saw the standard rooms were bad. So we paid more to upgrade to a lake-view room. But that room was also bad. The sink was overflowing and the room was very small.The room didn't have basic things like a closet and toiletries. We had to call the staff for everything. They were helpful, but we had many problems.The next morning, we asked to change rooms because the light, TV, and tap were not working. The hotel made our stay very bad.

This is one of the worse hotel to stay in recently we had booked our stay there. The service and maintenance of this hotel is worse. The rooms are smaller than expected and the sheets and towels are dirty. The doors are rusted and the rooms are very poorly maintained The gyeser takes it own time to heat and only one geyser per floor for 4 rooms. After 1 tub of hot water another tub will take another 30-45min to heat hence it will take forever for you to get hot water.According to the management since the natural water is cold it will take a lot of time to heat.The power supply randomly gets cut in the middle of night. And again someone needs to be called to get it checked and fixed .

It Was A Great Experience At This Property In Such Budget. Staff Is Cooperative , Food Is Good In Taste, Rooms Were Well Maintained. Basic Amenities Were Available & Geyser Was Working. The Property Is On Mall Road Only 1 KM Away From Parking. Mr. Vashu Is A Great Guy To Deal.

Book this hotel only if your priority is location. This is bang on opposite to Nainital Lake. Hotel pics and reality is totally different. Hotel rooms are very old and cleanliness is also average. Also room sizes are very small and Rooms with balcony doesn't give any privacy as all terraces are connected to each other. I booked hotel for 2 nights and on both nights there were groups next to my rooms were making noise till late night like 2am and hotel staff was okay with such nonsense. I understand there is nothing that hotel staff can do but it was nightmare. Also, noticed that they charged less if you visit directly compare to booking portal like Makemytrip and goibibo.

Not recommended at all. Very Very Bad experience. Only facade is good. But the rooms and washrooms are in bad condition. There was no seat cover in the washroom. Rooms are not like shown in the photos. They turn off lights at night. So you can't charge your phone at night. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't recommend this hotel at all. You can try better options beside this in the same rate. Don't book!!!

Worst hotel I've ever seen. No water in the washroom and rooms are very small and very bad. No hygiene is maintained. If you are planning to stay in this hotel then avoid it. I regret booking this hotel online and paid in advance. There are multiple options nearby. But this is one of the worst hotels on the Mall road.

Foxoso Heritage Hotel In Nainital: My worst experience about their horrible behaviour of reception, water supply was stopped for one & half hours at morning, poor room service and very poor condition of water taps in bathroom. Person booked those hotels in high price with good expectations but value of money was totally exhausted by this type of business chains (Foxoso Heritage Hote).

Worst hotel to stay. The rooms are quite cramped, leaving little space to move around comfortably. The washrooms are poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and neglect. Additionally, there are no amenities provided to enhance the overall experience.When we turn on the kettle of the room the light of the hotel shut down.
