City Palace Guest House

I recently visited there, I booked the room in this hotel for my family, and unluckily and got late and without informing me they gave my room to other person, and when I reached there they gave me a room which was too dirtly and smelly, hotel staff is idot they do not have any idea that how to talk to guest and washroom was too bad and there are big big mouse in the hotel, whole night team of mouse were trying to cut our room door. I will not recommend to anyone to stay here, even hotel owner Jasper is also not agreeing on his fault, he was telling me that we informed you about the status of your room. Ghatiya jgh ghatiya hotel, even it's on top ull have to walk to reach here, or itna uper hai k family k sath to aap ja hi nhi paoge...and they showed on their description that they will provide you parking but they don't have it. You will have to park you card in the parking. Mote mote chuhe apko rat bhar sone nhi denge, ghatiya rooms hai, ghatiya washroom hai, pani nhi ata dhang se. Even they will not provide you toiletry, I asked for towel and they gave me hand towel. Not recommend to anyone, I went there on 16 sep 2024

We had an amazing experience staying here. Rooms are cosy and in good condition. Wifi works fine here, the staff is good and cooperative. Rates are reasonable as compared to other hotels nearby. Location is good near to High Court and paid parking is at 50 meters distance. The owner of this hotel is very humble and polite. Mall Road and Lake are at a walk able distance. Room service is good. I found contact number of owner in the Visiting card picture uploaded on Google Page and booked my room. Highly Recommended for Family and Couples.

Good place to stay at Nainital on reasonable rates of rent of rooms. Located in High Court Road near Cheena Baba Mandir. Staff polite and courteous. Parking for vehicles of customers not available.

Nice rooms; good room service; hotel is a lil away from the main road; difficult to reach if you are planning to go by foot from mall road

Very good place to spend night here. Facilities are A1 included wifi.
