Cedar Woods Resort

One of the positives of Cedar Woods Resort is its location. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the lake, though the walk is steep uphill. The surroundings of the hotel are nice. I'm not sure whether the hotel has rooms with a view--we were given a basement room with a window and a balcony facing a wall (basically, facing nowhere). It was dark, cold, and very damp. The room was small, and the bathroom was decent. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. We were given a hairdryer on request by the hotel staff, who were fairly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite simple but tasty. The biggest downside was the lack of heating in the room, which significantly affected the comfort of our stay. The room could have been cleaner.

Lovely service. Located with serene surroundings. Walkable distance from the mall road. Food was good and the staff were extremely empathetic and considerate of our requests as we were a big group and lot of kids. Thanks Cedar wood and specially the staff who have been taking care of the staff

Very cosy and peaceful place. They do arrange live music and activities which were cherry on the cake. I enjoyed my stay here. Food and service is awesome staff is very co-operative.

Came for a family trip the location of the hotel id not too far from the main market and the view is serene. Rooms were very well maintained and clean. Hotel staff and their service was very friendly and comforting. The best part was the FOOD!!! Delicious and finger licking food freshly made really appreciate the chef. The over all experience was wonderful. Would really recommend to visit and experience it by yourself . Thank you for the wonderful stay

Don't get fooled by images on web. Rooms are so small that you can not even open bags in hotel room. Talking about location, hotel is location on hill so being near to mall road you can nkg walk back to hotel, how will have to book taxi which will take 200rs. Food here is average. 2 days they gave us same potato sabji which caused bad stomach pain. Not worth the price. Not recommended.

It has very fabulous viewpoint and it gives pure food and good service and most amazing live music. come to visit this Resort.

Please don't visit this place. Rooms are not good to stay. My trip planner has ruined my birthday celebration on the day when I visited here. Hardly 6-7 rooms are there. And they are charging rooms by dividing as, royal, luxury, and premium. I don't know what are their thoughts by deciding it.

Did not like my time here. Stayed here in December 2025. They had a very small room. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. There was a wrapper on the floor. The room did not have an intercom phone (which they said was under repair). They give you a heater which is too small to keep you warm for a cost of Rs. 500. So much for a small heater. And we experienced power failure multiple times. The food was average too. A bad part in my trip.
