Such an amazing place with great taste of food and also enjoy asthetic Mountain View.

Decent service but disappointing room size and amenities. Rooms are cramped with limited space for luggage. Food quality was good, but disappointing to see no provisions for driver meals, unlike other hotels. Staff was friendly, but overall experience didn't meet expectations.

These people are frauds; I had booked 2 rooms. They told me that you have to transfer 2000 rupees for an advance. I told them that I will make the payment after seeing the room, then these people say very arrogantly, Don't come (Aana bhi mat ab). If you want rooms, then send 2000 rupees right now. Even I have a call recording of their call; don't book this hotel. These guys called right now asking me to delete the review and when i refused they started being abusive. Very arrogant and abusive behaviour shown from their side. It feels unsafe.

Thanks to God I not booked a room on this hotel , because they are showing a stupid attitude before booking or Enquiry , Am 100% sure that my rewies works for new clients ... Stay away from this Hotel ... Agaoda , Goibibo, Makemytrip

The staff is threatening us for not paying money in advance. They are abusive on call when you tell them that you'd pay when you reach the venue.

I have Booked 2 Rooms in advance and when I have called Reception . THE person who Receive my Call was an illetrate who do not understand anything and he was like kyaa he Kab ki booking he and he was shouting on Phone . WHEN I said Why are you shouting he said Rakh Phone. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER.. WORST HOTEL STAFF .. I WILL POST THIS TO OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM ALSO.. DONT CALL THIS HOTEL AND DONT BOOK EVER.

Best location Hotel Facility are good Tasty food all staff are good behaviour
