Vikram Vintage Inn

The stay was amazing. Kids friendly, location near to mall road, complimentary pick & drop to mall road, delicious breakfast and superb mountain view from room balcony. Parking is available within hotel premises. Driver dormitory is also available. The best part was hospitality. The staff were really kind, warm and helpful. Be it room service, cleaning or kitchen staff, everyone was highly courteous and polite. Will recommend it for anyone visiting Nainital.

We had a terrible experience at Vikram Vintage Inn during our stay on April 13-14. The first room we were given had stained bedsheets, a filthy, worn-out carpet, and was poorly lit--yet the dirt was still clearly visible. We asked to change rooms and were shown four more, each with issues like strong odors, stained furniture, and one even in a separate building with no elevator access, broken cupboards, and the same lack of cleanliness. Out of exhaustion, we agreed to stay one night and requested to cancel the next. The staff told us to contact Booking.com, which we did. But soon after, the hotel manager called and gave us an ultimatum--cancel the full stay or none at all--and even asked us to pay part of the amount outside Booking.com, which was completely unacceptable. To top it all off, in the middle of the night, we discovered the flush wasn't working in our bathroom. One of us was also unwell, and despite explaining our situation, we got no support from the hotel and no meaningful help from Booking.com either. This entire experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely ruined what was meant to be a relaxing vacation. We've submitted photos and video evidence of the condition of the rooms to Booking.com and are still waiting for proper resolution. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Cleanliness, service, and basic decency are seriously lacking.

Wonderful resort. 2 floors. Well maintained rooms. 24hr hot water. Restaurant with wonderful meals, and live music ( we were there on Saturday and Sunday ). Courteous staff. Proximity to mall road / naini lake.

Had a very nice stay at the Vikram Vintage Inn. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. Cleanliness is good. The staff is courteous. Chandresh, the manager, is amazing! Big thumbs up to their restaurant staff and chef for providing us home-like food based on our request, esp for our 2 year old kid. We had most of our meals at the hotel itself. Only the breakfast on 3 of the 5 days was disappointing and could have been better.

Lovely live singing by Rajesh Mishra . He made our dinner very special with his melodious voice. Truly an asset to this hotel! Food is delicious too!

Good hotel with great service. We had a problem with our room due to light n tv not working. But hotel staff help quickly shifted us to another room. Room also had heater to winter nights. Food was great. We enjoyed a variety of food in buffet. They also have live music in dinning area and the singers voice is really soothing and amazing. Good parking space for car. Overall we enjoyed our 3 day stay in hotel
