Offbeat Nainital

My stay at Hotel Aman in Nainital was very bad. They showed us luxurious rooms in pictures while booking, but allocated dirty and poorly maintained rooms. Other rooms seemed good and well-maintained, but they allocated us the worst dirty rooms. I had to ask multiple times for basic amenities. The food was terrible - watery dal, cold biryani, and bad taste. The washroom was very dirty, even public washrooms are cleaner. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness, room allocation, food service, and responsiveness were all poor. I don't recommend Hotel Aman due to false promises and poor service.

One of the best properties to enjoy your stay in Nainital. The view is mesmerising and away from the hustle of the town. Except for its distance from the Mall, but it's a beautiful place. Food is good and tasty. The view from the sit out is exceptional except the fact that its possible from top floor only. Otherwise you get to see other property in from of you from premium rooms. Better to book Luxury rooms here and enjoy the stay.

I recently stayed at Offbeat Hotel Aman in Nainital, and it was such a delightful experience! We opted for a villa, and it felt like a little slice of paradise. The moment we arrived, I was taken in by the stunning views of the surrounding hills and the peaceful ambiance. The villa itself was cozy and well-maintained, providing all the comforts we needed. I loved the rustic decor that added a unique charm to our stay. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. One of my favorite parts was enjoying breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by nature and the fresh mountain air. It was a great way to start the day! The location was also fantastic--close enough to Nainital's attractions but tucked away enough to feel secluded. Overall, I would definitely recommend Offbeat Hotel Aman if you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Nainital. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the experience!

We booked two wooden cottage for 2 days at a price of 18000 including breakfast. The view from the hotel was mesmerizing, no doubt but there was some kind of smell in the cottages which never goes away. It is located on the top of the hill and it is very tough to get there. The service was good but there is a rude guy who don't know how to handle customers. The pen roof cafe was good. You can consider this for your next trip if you want peace as it is at a remote location but make sure you are good at hiking or driving.

I did a big mistake taking my family in this hotel. We visited last month over here and left the other day from here. They didn't provide cleaning service to us even after 5calls to reception. We waited for around 5 hours for them to send someone to clean as the cover of quilt was so dirty and bathroom was also dirty. They have v limited choice for food but the cooking staff was good and food was also good. There were so many flies in my mother in law's room. So overall v bad experience. And with that no hot water. It took around half hour waiting for next one to bath. The owner took a nice property at a good place but the managing staff may be is not handling properly.

The View from this hotel is breathtaking, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy Naini Lake like you are in it. The rooms whether Villa or Hotel based are beautiful and spacious, specially the Villa. The ambience and wooden work has taken my breath away. I am also happy with their staff and room service, please do try this.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No room service, if you get the room dirty, don't expect them to clean it. Hand wash was watery, even after getting it changed. The mattresses were full of lint (rue). There was no hot water . There was no light all night, it was pitch black which even made me fell suffocated. The rooms shown in the images is penthouse, which is the single okay looking room. Don't fall for the images, all the other rooms are below average.

The pictures shown to us while booking V/s what we got was totally opposite. They show us false picture while booking. They tell you that it is near to mall road but it is at a deserted place away from the city. The booking team upgraded our room to Villa stating that it is an upgraded version for two families, but their upgraded version does not have wardrobes. No heaters were provided. Even, so called- master bedroom does not have a socket where one can put their phone for charging. I booked the package and paid 5K advance, but after checking the rooms, we requested staff to change our room but they were very rude & told that they cannot help us and advised to talk to the booking person, who was not available so we have to leave the hotel to look for better option. Now they are denying to refund our money. As per rule, if you are not checking -In the hotel or services the deposit should be refunded immediately. We faced many other problems, if I start writing, it will waste time of viewers to read. So in the end I highly recommend not to hire their services before seeing the property physically.
