Had an amazing stay at Itsy Hotels Shri GV Inn! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every part of my experience was top-notch. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Plus, the location is perfect--close to attractions and great dining options. The breakfast spread was also a highlight, offering a delicious mix of local and international dishes. Exceptional value for the price! Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. The rooms were spotless, and the washroom was very clean, which I really appreciated. The food was also excellent, with a homemade feel that made it even more enjoyable. Definitely value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very poor experience we had after touring whole of uttarakhand. As I was traveling with my own car, I called them earlier about its location and parking. They assured me that it would not be a problem. When I reached nainital I couldn't get him on call even after repeated attempts and I had to go blindly with local people's help. As I am an experienced driver in hills I reached that place finally but the path is literally a nightmare for an outsider. Dangerously steep roads , narrow alleys and all difficulties one can imagine. The room was not as shown to us. Property was under construction which they didn't mention earlier. The sound of tile cutting just outside the room was unbearable. Dust and cement mix soiled all over the stairs and passage. Even the behavior of the staffs was not welcoming. Finally I checked out of the property after one night stay despite having booking for 2 nights.

Nice hotel, clean room, hotel staff behaviour polite, only cons is hotel is situated at top hill and breakfast options can be improved with this kind of hotel

The hotel stay and service were overall great, but the view not so much depending on the room. The following may need improvement: 1. Window screens/nets may be installed to let fresh air but not monkeys. 2. Our room had one dim, warm light and two sconce lights - the illumination may be improved. 3. Our room's attached washroom's drainage system was blocked and the washroom door latch was malfunctional. 4. For additional bedding in a room, only spare mattresses and not cots may be available.
