Hotel Arif Castles Nainital

Worst hotel experience ever, arrogant front desk staff, Stale food, stinky bathrooms, dull rooms & Zero customer service. They were out of shower gel and shampoo in bathroom. We paid for dinner and breakfast but didn't consume, the food was really unhygienic & looked leftover. We had a driver with us, upon booking we asked if you have any rooms for driver. The driver rooms were in unimaginable condition, it had bad rotten smell, it looked like they never cleaned room in past 5 months. I recommend consider before booking this property!

I am a traveller and I generally like to share my experience with the public so that one can make better choices.I roamed generally all the hill stations of Uttarakhand and Himachal but experience that i got here was worst ..first of all their staff behaviour was terrible as if they are our masters. Everything that is shown on their hotel advertisement was not followed even a bit like games, gym, DJ club , they all were not for any purpose but just to showcase them.When we demanded for anything, they denied for stupid excuses. Location was also not good as hotel is situated in groove street and for new car driver it is not suitable as location is very very steep height. Food was bad . Now if we talk about charges , it was touching sky.I want everyone to please share this experience as I don't want anyone to be cheated just by seeing their photos on sites as tourists are coming from very far location and lots of money are being spent. So please do share

Room was like a haunted one. Dark with very less lights Wifi very poor. Very poor signal network in the hotel area. When asked, theysaid it's like this only in this area Very smelly dormitory for drivers. Driver slept in the vehicle only Food was average. Roo Not the value for money

My stay at the Arif castles will be cherished always. The hotel had a beautiful and warm ambience. The reception staff- Mr Junaid were very efficient and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and it was value for money . The other staff members were also very quick to respond. It was a happy trip

The worst experience I've ever had. The rooms are so bad and unhygienic, they stink. there was a huntsman spider in my room just crawling on the curtains, and later after returning from lunch there were big rats sleeping on the pillow. Horrible hotel, would not recommend at all. even the utensils aren't clean and the staff is so lazy. And there is no view of the mountains or the lake, all you see are houses and so many monkeys are there that you cannot sit in the so called balcony they have attached with their rooms. if you want to plan a fun and relaxed vacation with your family or freinds DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!!

Stayed for 2 nights during Gandhi Jayanti long weekend. Hotel is over priced with the services they provide now. There restaurant staff is very friendly and courteous but food choices were very limited. Is located away from the Mall road though they provide shuttle but that's a hassle and there is dependency every time you visit. Hotel was undergoing renovation of half of its room. Rooms are not upto mark for the price they charge.

HORRIBLE !! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It had been only two hours of check in that we faced two big shocks of our life. At first there was a big big spider crawling on the walls and later when we returned after having lunch in their unclean and atrocious restaurant we were greeted by a BIG BIG RAT on the bed. At that very moment we checked out of the hotel and had to search another hotel for our stay. Please please please don't book this hotel.

My stay in Arif Castle was excellent. Food was delicious. Staff and Service is also good. Shuttle service is provided from Hotel to Mall Road and vice versa. Food - 10/10 Service - 9/10 Room - 8/10
