Balrampur House Nainital

The stay was just wow! Staff is so polite and readily available. Food is scrumptious. Quiet and beautiful location. Highly recommended. Just flawless.

I fell in love with this property, which has been beautifully maintained despite its age. The lovely garden and outdoor area are particularly attractive, offering ample space for games. The staff are courteous and provide excellent service, making this a highly recommended destination.

Good ambience, excellent service, decent food. But did not enjoy the stay, owing to some unruly guest adjacent to our room. Our room had an inter connection door with an adjacent room. The guest on the other side played music entire night. Could even over what they were talking entire night. The hotel must address to this promlem

Best resort in nainital,Unique place,old palace style resort, very spacious rooms, food was very good (with limited options) We took breakfast and dinner, both are very tasty and hygenic They provided us heater and electric heater blanket Staff is also very responsive Overall good experience staying here

This is an old Palace house converted into a hotel and it has been very well maintained. All the original architecture and wooden carvings have been maintained all over the house and in every room. We stayed here in 2023. We booked in two ground floor rooms for 6 people. As soon as you enter a room you straight away travel back in time. These rooms are not your usual run of the mill hotel rooms. These are large, I mean massive rooms. Both our rooms had an ensuite which was modern and well equipped with hot water. The mattresses & pillows were very comfortable. In the second room we had two additional cots installed and even then there was ample moving space. Both our rooms had 4-5 seater sofa with coffee table, beautiful curtains for privacy, cupboard and a dressing table. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They will be happy to show you around the property and provide you the history of the house and the owner. While the rooms have tea/coffee making facility, just order it in or have the meals at their restaurant which boasts history on its walls. We enjoyed our meals there and loved the delicious food. Loved the morning masala tea, sitting outside in the veranda, soaking up the sunlight and peace. Yup - its quite peaceful as you are a bit far from the hustle bustle of Nanital's mall road. There is also ample walking and lawn area for kids to play or adults to soak up morning sunshine and fresh air. I would highly recommend staying at Balrampur House. I know I would if I'm back in Nanital.

Bad service, no hot water, provide another room for hot water but still not get hot water, Not picking call while we need water or anything, location is too far from lake and Mall Road, Rate is too high as per rate and facility, only food is good and catering staff is good

The staff is very hospitable. Rooms are very spacious and neat . They have big lawns ideal for family with small children. JUST MAKE SURE THERE IS NO MARRIAGE PARTY AT THE VENUE DURING YOUR STAY. They also provide shuttle service for Mall Road.

I believe that this is one of the most beautiful and serene places to actually plan a stay in Nainital. Whether you are going on vacation or you plan to throw a function here .. this villa has become my favourite place to be... This villa takes you back in time not just because of its architectural feel .. but with all the old artifacts, you'll find there, still kept. The whole feel inside the villa is so cozy and feels at home. Rooms are so spacious and the service they provide is something one won't complain about... Downstairs they have a dining room, where your food is served and a buffet is also there. Talking about the food... I didn't get a chance to have words with the chef.. but the overall experience with food and taste was amazing... the food tasted just like home. One more thing, kids are gonna love this place, they won't stop running around, exploring the place. The villa is so big with huge lawn and a view o beautiful mountains covered in cloud... With your kids playing around, the view is like home.. the srenity here is amazing... The price bracket is also not bad, for the services and the serene environment you get here... Totally recommended place
