I have been staying at this hotel for many days now, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and warm welcome made me feel completely at home. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest is comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention to Dinesh Pandey, Suraj Kohli, Chandan, Sameer, and Arjun, who consistently provide outstanding service. Their friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stand out. Whether it's prompt room service, cleanliness, or handling any special requests, they always deliver with a smile. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that offer a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The food is delicious, and the overall ambiance makes it an ideal place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. All our stay was amazing! The sky villa is beautiful and all the staff are really professional and they assist us with everything during our stay!||The room service team was the best, really responsive, providing us daily all the special request to our babies and for us once we are vegetarian.||One special thanks to Nitender from housekeeping, he take care of all our cleanings, special request and daily guarantee all our stay was perfect!

I am at a loss for words here, my experience with this hotel was far from flattering. Right off the bat, there was no mention of the in going situation occurring in the vicinity and I found this deeply concerning. There was absolutely no attention given to the complaints that was made by the guests. In addition to that, the food served was mediocre at best. To state my disappointment in one sentence, the accommodations offered were anything but classy. If you're in need of safety as well as hygienic facilities, I recommend searching elsewhere as you will definitely not find these at this hotel.

Stayed here with family for one during March end. It is a medium property with small rooms. They said all the properties in nainital are like this only. Location is away from Mall road. 100 meters from Rajbhawan. But I got scooty on rent from the hotel. They have ample safe parking just 100 meters aways from the hotel. Food I did not have any from the hotel. Front desk manage Mr Kaushal Joshi and other staff are good. They arranged cab for us for loc site seeing as did not use my car for local site seeing. 2 stars for the property and 1 extra point for the staff.

My experience at this hotel was very bad. Basic services are not available in this hotel for a 3-star hotel and prices of the room are overcharged for a small size rooms. The unavailability of water supply is a big concern and so I recommend please check the water availability before booking rooms in the hotel. I recommend please avoid staying in this hotel if you don't want to waste your time.

*Extremely poor experience - not worth the money** We booked the rooms through Lalit. Stayed here with friends and it was a big letdown. The staff was completely uncooperative during a serious emergency -- there were riots and safety concerns in the area, but they refused to refund or even consider our repeated requests. To make things worse, the food was terrible and barely edible, especially for the high price. Rooms were overpriced too -- 4500 per night for very small room size. Not safe, not responsive, and definitely not value for money. Would not recommend.
