JFR Dolmaar Resort Nanital

An exquisite place with lush greenery everywhere. Wonderful back space with swimming pool, basket ball court and badminton court to play in mids of nature. Well furnished rooms with cleanliness prioritized. Best spot for kitty parties and birthday parties. Overall an amazing experience for me.

View is awesome, rooms (302, 301 ) are best good for photography, small swimming pool is available. they also provide good food. The only problem I found here is roof top is tin shed and monkeys often comes here. I stayed for 3 night and experience water shortage in both rooms

Great stay for family specially for kids, has a swimming pool, basketball arena, tennis court. The view is awesome of the mountain. Food is great to taste. Enjoyed a lot with family at the bonfire present inside the resort premises.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever been to. It's not even a resort. A fraud company that haven't paid their staff since ages. Hence the staff was on strike. We had booked the hotel much in advance Nd paid the 50 percent advance and did inform them before our arrival. However they did not bother to inform us that they don't have any staff and hotel hasn't been cleaned in ages. There were spider webs, mosquitoes dust , algae , insects and what not. The rooms weren't even dusted in years , there was urine spead all over the toilet, the lights were not working, geyser wasn't working, no WiFi, no bell boy to carry luggage, no bedsheets, no towels. The water in the pool was gross. Worst experience ever. After traveling for 10 hours with family we couldn't even rest properly. Really bad hotel and bad people.

We stayed in Dolmaar Resort which is situated about 10 km from Kathgodam for a night while going to Bhimtaal.|It is very easy to locate as it is on the main highway. There is a small car parking and they helped us park the car.The view of the hills and valleys is wonderful.If you want to stay away from the noise and rush of the city and have your own vehicle to commute,then can stay here.|The staff is very sweet and friendly.|We had the big room facing the hills and the swimming pool.It was clean with fresh blankets and sheets.Electric kettle and water was provided .They were quick to refill the tea and coffee supplies.The washroom was clean.They told us that as their geysers were not working so gave us electric rod for heating water.|The room service was super prompt.Delicious breakfast that we ordered of stuffed parathas, coldcoffee and tea was served in the room within 10 mins as we had to leave early in the morning so diid not avail of the buffet.|Lovely roses were growing.Lots of birds singing could be heard all around.View of sun peeping through the hills was nice.It was nearing full moon so we sat on the swings and enjoyed the night view of the sky.|There is a badminton court and an open air swimming pool too but lots of leaves had fallen on it.| Only thing I would like to say as it is in forest area some black insects were in washroom and if something could be done about it.|The name of the Resort should be more prominently displayed in bright colors as we thought it was Dolmaar restaurant as that was the first board we saw.We stopped went inside to inquire and found it was the right place!!|Otherwise a nice place set in scenic surroundings. Can enjoy peace and quiet,nature's beauty comfortable stay at a reasonable cost.

We had booked this place for 24-Jan-2021 to 25-Jan-2021. We found that property was not in state for stay, It was having following issues||||a. Missing basic cleaning, sanitization, even phenyl not available for cleaning.||b. Smell in rooms and bathroom, As hotel not having basic items for cleaning. ||c. There was no proper light on pathways, stairs.||d. Open area with full dirty places. It was like property was nonfunctional from long time, and no cleaning done before taking booking. ||e. Nonfunctional pool, Like a dustbin (filled with dirt, and garbage.) ||f. Dirt on room gate, room wall paint completely damaged.||g. Lot of dry leaves on the room walkway, showing the impression that no broom has been done for many days. ||h. Room bed making huge sound.||i. Nonfunctional cafeteria, whereas booking page claim functional cafeteria

I have visited this resort last week on 17th June with my family and relative family and book family room. The outside view,park ,swimming pool are excellent.Food is also very good and service boy are very co-operative i.e Sh Dinesh and others.I have plan for 2 days and extend for another days.The toilet are very dirty and need urgent action is require for modifications.The room is very spacious and size of TV is not match and correction require.

Staff- Good hotel to stay, we had booked 3 swimming pool facing room. The staff was very co-operative & polite. The receptionist helped us to understand sight seeing at Nanital.||||Rooms- Rooms are'nt clean, they are full of ants & mosquitoes (Being a hill station, these are common things which can be expected).||||Food quality- Food quality was excellent.
