Great food and service. Special thanks to Manoj Bisht and Pradeep Kumar ji. They took extremely good care of us. Chef Sandeep Anand personally curated our food. Rooms were comfortable. Housekeeping Mr.Lakhan has really helped me figuring out my messy room and made it tiptop. Very happy with your service. Great going team.

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering great comfort throughout our stay. The hospitality was exceptional, with special thanks to Lakhan and Shekhar for their outstanding support and helpfulness. The food was enjoyable, adding to the positive experience. However, the service by the restaurant staff was somewhat underwhelming, which slightly impacted the overall impression.

We needed a good hotel to stay where could have parking and Lift facility. Restaurant & the food is very average here but after moving around the main areas we were glad to come back to hotel and have a safe meal. So if you're planning to visit Kainchi Dham the this hotel is best as it's just 25 minutes from here otherwise it's uphill Nainital, almost 20 mins away from main city & in middle of the mountains. Premium category room is definitely better.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and functional, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. The hotel management and staff specially thanks Mr.Manoj Bisht were very kind and helpful, assisting us in every way. Our stay was wonderful, staff was very cooperative, rooms were neat & clean. Room service was excellent. In restaurant food was delicious, all staff was well manned, infact we ordered Lauki sabzi and they specially cooked us, Pushkar, Abhishek, Lalit were very good. Restaurant manager Mr Manoy always smiling. Overall great experience.

This is a very good property with very courteous staff, especially Lakhan and Suraj. Me and my wife had come with our kids and they helped us in the best way possible making our stay plesent and comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor close to the spa, playroom and the restaurant ;-) Travell to mall road is a bit far but plenty of services available.
