UK09 hotel & restaurant

Rooms not well maintained. Indian toilets. No Room Service. Location far from Mall Road. Linens are not clean and torn from many places. No Soap. No Shampoo. Not at all recommended.

I had an excellent stay at UK09 Hotel ! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to various beautify areas like kemty fall . The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Overall, a top-notch experience that I highly recommend!

I love the service and quick response to our issue while I was at the hotel. The rooms and services provided are marvellous in all aspects. Cleanliness and helpfulness is very well maintained by the staff.... I really enjoy my vacation there.....

The room was very spacious & clean. The location was decent and the manager was very nice. The only thing they can do better is house keeping as I had to specifically ask for a new towel twice on both days and tell them to make my bed as they forgot to change the sheets and take the used dishes.

I liked the hotel UK09.They gave us best service and all,they provided our needed things time to time.Rooms were clean and hygienic. The balcony view is also soo adorable,we liked the balcony view so much in the night too. Thankyou soo much hotel Uk09 team,we appreciate your service and your food too. Healthy and good food we just loved the food and the charges are worth it.

My overall experience in this hotel is very good. I like the service provided by the hotel staff and the food served is delicious. And the best part of the hotel is the location.

there is 3rd class service i was book one room including breakfast there is no option only aloo paratha and sandwich also one close is there they will provide only two aloo paratha per person if you want more you will pay manger behave so rude there is no RO water you water you pay it other wise there is no water. this is very bad experience i suggest don't stay UK 09.
