Trideus Clubs & Resorts | Hotel in Mussoorie Near Mall Road

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options. Overall, Trideus Clubs and Resorts exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay!

Disappointed with the Stay - Not Worth the Hype I had high expectations for this hotel based on online reviews and photos, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. 1. Poor Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned before check-in. The bedsheets had visible stains, the bathroom smelled musty, and there were hair strands on the floor. Housekeeping seemed rushed and careless. 2. Unprofessional Staff: The front desk staff were indifferent and barely helpful. When I requested a room change due to the cleanliness issues, I was met with irritation rather than assistance. Basic hospitality was clearly lacking. 3. Noisy Environment: Despite booking a "quiet room," it was anything but peaceful. I could hear loud conversations from the hallway all night, and the walls seemed paper thin. Sleep was nearly impossible. 4. Poor Maintenance: Several things in the room were either broken or malfunctioning. The AC unit was extremely noisy, and the bathroom faucet leaked continuously. The in-room phone didn't work, so I had to go down to the front desk for every request. 5. Overpriced for the Value: For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean, comfortable room and decent service. Sadly, the hotel failed on all fronts. Even the complimentary breakfast was subpar :limited choices and cold food Final Verdict: This hotel seriously needs to improve on cleanliness, staff training, and maintenance. Until then, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or relaxing stay

We stayed at TRIDEUS Club and Resorts on Kempty Road in Mussoorie for a couple of nights in April 2025. The experience was underwhelming. Despite the property being marketed as a "club and resort," it felt more like a basic hotel with minimal amenities. The hospitality was noticeably lacking. Food options were limited and average in taste. There was no particular space that felt inviting or relaxing. The overall ambiance didn't live up to expectations or the name. While there were no major issues during our stay, there was nothing memorable either. If you're planning a trip to Mussoorie, I'd suggest exploring other accommodation options. The town itself was extremely crowded and didn't offer the serene hill station experience we were hoping for.

Our stay at Trideus Resort was truly a wonderful experience. This was our first family trip to Mussoorie, and the stay at Trideus Resort added immensely to our enjoyment. The mountain view from the hotel terrace is simply breathtaking. The food quality is excellent, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were very polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. A big thanks to Team Trideus for making our family trip so special and memorable!

This property is amazing. Very well maintained. Located hardly 5kms from Library Chowk Mall Road. They have indoor games. Child friendly. View from every room is outstanding. Mr Sumit Arora & their staff are very co-operative & made us feel like home. Highly recommended.

I could write sonnets about the service of this hotel. We were travelling with our 7 month old baby and they made our travel so pleasant and easy. From sterilizing the bottles to making baby food and helping us out at 3 am in the morning when our baby got sick.. and the bonfire, the service during bonfire.. every plate they kept, the kept it with a smile. Honestly they made our journey to mussoorie memorable.. i have zero complaints, none whatsoever where this hotel is considered.. beautiful property and beautiful people with the most amazing view during breakfast and from our own personal balcony.. thank you so much for the wonderful experience
