This hotel offers amazing value for money. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The staff was polite and helpful, and the location was convenient. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers

I booked the Room with balcony and stayed there very Happily, the Rooms are cozy the location anr view is sooo Good, The property is easily Accessible and The Parking Area is also so good I have been around the world and visited a lot of countries / hotels and villas before coming to this place & For me this place has one of the best hospitality The staff is so so good they know what it takes to make a guest happy, Room service is so quick you just need to dial 9 and you have what you demanded for . They have the best people at work The buffet Breakfast was good . The only things i don't like about this property is the Check in Timing (2PM) & in my room number 103 the noise was coming from Hotel's Gallery ( When someone is walking or someone opens the Door of their Room )

only plus is the location. the rooms are filthy unihabitable. the bathrooms stink, the bedsheets stink. we had reservations for 3 nights but we checked out after the first night only. the hotel should really work on the basics. dont spoil your vacation. this hotel is a nightmare

I booked this place with a lot of expectations because they are a chain of hotels but trust me when I entered my room all my expectations came down to zero. Rooms were very dirty , linen was dirty and wet .they did not even cleaned the room before giving the keys . Sofa was extremely dirty . Every single thing in the room from bed to walls were in a very bad condition and when I complained about it they took 30minutes to send housekeeping staff. Never gonna book it again. They ruined my trip.

Did not allow washroom without booking. According to Sarais Act any Hotel/Restaurants cannot deny washroom access and free water in India. But the receptionist told us he did not know if their washrooms were functioning or not and said no washrooms were available for our access.

Yashshree in Mussoorie is a hidden gem right in the middle of Mall Road, which, while offering great convenience, comes with its own set of challenges. Let's start with the positives: the hotel is beautifully made, with spacious rooms that provide excellent value for money. Whether you're staying in a suite or a deluxe room, both are quite impressive. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive--no matter what you ask for, they'll have it to you in no time. Now, the downside: since the hotel is on Mall Road, car entry is restricted after 10:30 pm, which can be a bit of a hassle if you're arriving later in the evening. A helpful tip is to get dropped off at Library Chowk--it's just a 5-minute walk without any inclines or declines, making it way easier than walking the longer 2km stretch from the Picture Palace end. Overall, it's a solid option in Mussoorie, with the staff and rooms Also, BEWARE OF THE MONKEYS KEEP YOUR BALCONY WINDOWS LOCKED

Old property very bad rooms and so smelly. They made us sleep in toilet like smell rooms as they dont have availability nor they could find out some solutions of the smell. Food is also bad Though the staff and view from hotel is good

However, the staff's inexperience and lack of knowledge about the hotel's facilities was apparent, likely due to the recent change in ownership or management. While the food was enjoyable, the service was slow and required multiple follow-ups for simple requests. The room was comfortable, but the bedding and towels were old and of poor quality, which was disappointing. Overall, I believe the hotel has potential, but it needs improvement in terms of staff training, service efficiency, and upgrading its amenities to match the standards of its guests. With better management and decision-making, this hotel could truly shine. I hope this feedback helps the hotel to identify areas for improvement.
