Vista by Terraa Hotels

I recently stayed at Hotel Vista and while the location is excellent and the hotel rooms are decent and well-maintained, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The service was poor and the staff appeared unprofessional and untrained. It often felt like basic requests were either ignored or met with confusion. The food was another major letdown - tasteless and lacking variety. The buffet was especially underwhelming, offering very limited options that didn't change much day-to-day. I would not recommend this place for families, especially those with small children. There were no kid-friendly amenities or support, and the overall environment didn't feel accommodating for families. In short, if you're just looking for a good location and a clean room, it might work. But for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially with family, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Prefer staying around Mall Road instead, where you'll find a much better food scene with plenty of dining options that can really enhance your trip. Kindly consider this as a genuine review based on my personal experience, hoping it helps fellow travelers make an informed decision.

We, family of 3 adults stayed in Vista Hotel from evening of 14.3 to morning of 17.03.2025. We were received nicely and shown out room without much ado. The room was spacious, nice balcony, excellent views from the large windows. The general neatness was very satisfying. Tea/coffee and other comforts were nice. The toilet was spacious and neat. The corridors were spacious and ambience was pleasant. The TV was not working, but promptly attended by staff. Activities room has Carroms which we enjoyed. Pool table was present. Some kids had broken the cue....a staff with knowledge of the game would be an asset. The common dining room was spacious, nicely lit. The food was tasty, sufficient, staff were caring and helpful. The terrace had amazing views. A suggestion:: A small flower garden would greatly enhance the beauty of the terrace. The entire team of staff was very cooperative and smoothly completed the formalities of checkout. A pleasant stay for us and strongly recommend for short stays.

A decent stay. Great staff. Friendly manager. Decent food. If you are looking for a mid budget hotel that serves the purpose then you should check the place out. A big thank you to the hotel staff because beyond 4 walls, it is hospitality that matters. Good luck to the team ahead.

Rooms are just ok. Service is very bad. They do not have good breakfast options. Felt it is too expensive for what we got. Balconies are not clean

A decent stay in Mussoorie. Great staff. The manager Sachin Thakur is very helpful and super friendly. The stay is great. The food is good. The view is amazing. The hospitality is top notch. Do try this place if you want a quiet and budget friendly hotel. Good luck to the entire team.

We stayed for 3 days with our pet dog. Rooms were spacious and washrooms were very clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Food was also amazing. I highly recommend to stay at this property.

Worst worst worst.. not at all value for money.. rooms light issue, water issue, bathroom tabs pressure issue.. worst worst and repeated breakfast..TV was not working. Bedsheets were dirty. I think they have paid reviews that what everyone becoming fool..

Awesome place, excellent staff and service and great food quality. Location is top notch and the nature of staff is unbeatable. We felt like home with them. Highly recommended place to stay in Mussoorie.
