From the moment we arrived at Tulip Inn, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that it instantly felt like home. A heartfelt thank you to Anand Sir and the entire team for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. Their hospitality was unmatched -- every interaction was filled with genuine care, and no detail was overlooked. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, ensuring our meals were just right, or simply checking in on our comfort, they made us feel valued and looked after at every step. Clean, cozy rooms, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere only added to the charm of our stay -- but it's truly the people at Tulip Inn who make it exceptional. Our experience at Tulip Inn Green Castle was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located on Mall Road, which makes it easy to visit Mussoorie's top attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, and the view from the valley view rooms is amazing. The food was a highlight, with the Tandoori Mutton and Subz Baloni standing out. The terrace dining is an unforgettable experience, with a 180-degree view of the valley. The live music on weekends added to the overall experience. The staff was polite, and the hotel is very secure.

We have booked this hotel with family, but the construction was going on terrace and due to which we could not sleep due to non-stop noise coming as our room was just below the terrace. The staff was rude as they told us in the midnight around 11.30 pm to shift to another room after complaining whole day which was not acceptable as we came from delhi and reached the hotel in afternoon and could not sleep due to noise of construction and after complaining, they told us midnight to shift. Kindly book this hotel at your own risk as the hospitality is very low. Even the buffet in the morning was average and limited. Other staff was decent and food ordered in rooms were good. Mr. Anand, firstly we booked the deluxe and executive suite from your hotel and paid the full amount for the same so we expect the rooms should be quite and peaceful but we could not get the same as there was so much noise of construction going on and we have never asked for valley view and if we needed that then we would have booked that. Secondly, your staff has themselves agreed in front of you that they have contacted us midnight 11.30 pm to shift the room. So before blaming the customer, check it with your staff first and stop spreading rumors that we have asked midnight for the same. Thirdly, Shower was not working, we did not complain about it, then the rooms were not soundproof which is crucial for guest comfort and satisfaction for a peaceful and restful stay. So instead of blaming the customer, kindly upgrade your hotel amenities.

Tulip Inn Green Castle is an excellent choice for families visiting Mussoorie. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views of the valley. The food is absolutely delicious, with highlights including Tandoori Paneer and Butter Chicken. We enjoyed the live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, which added a special touch to our stay. The hotel is also very close to major attractions like Bhatta Falls and Mussoorie Lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well-secured.

We booked this hotel from MMT application, pictures were very attractive on the MMT application but in reality it was completely different, The washroom was not cleaned properly, wash basin was cracked. To put the extra mattress for the 3rd guest they put a very old wooden palang and then it was covered with extra bedding. Just an average hotel, it should not be considered as a 4 star hotel, only the location is best.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had. We chose the buffet for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was absolutely tasteless, stale, and clearly prepared without any effort. It felt like they were dumping free food on customers rather than serving a paid buffet. Even worse, when we complained, the manager was completely indifferent and showed zero concern. This place has no respect for customers or quality. Save your time and money -- avoid it completely.

We stayed for two days and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The food in the restaurant was excellent and was served quickly and efficiently. The only thing that was difficult to manage is its location where you cannot arrive with your rented car, but have to take a cycle rickshaw from library road.
