Disappointing Experience at Treebo trand by Raj (19th - 21st Feb) We stayed at this hotel from February 19th to 21st, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Room Condition: The room had a foul smell, and the cleanliness was subpar. Despite requesting sealed bottled water, I was initially told they only provide RO water. After insisting, they provided bottled water, but only after some resistance. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast served was disappointing. It consisted of oily items like puri bhaji and poha, none of which were fresh or appetizing. Overall, it felt like a low-quality meal. Food Options and Restrictions: In the evening, we inquired about ordering tandoor items or pizza, but were told not only that they didn't have those options, but that outside food wasn't allowed. This was frustrating and inconvenient, as we were left with no choice but to go outside for dinner. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: Later that night, we had an incident where a bike was accidentally hit by a car outside the hotel. Despite no damage being caused, the hotel staff demanded 10,000. When we clarified that it wasn't our fault, the staff became argumentative and rude. We contacted Treebo customer care, and instead of resolving the issue, the local staff continued to argue with us and even told us to leave the hotel immediately, even though we had paid for two nights. Unpleasant Conclusion: Due to the hostile behavior of the staff, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. As a result, we decided to leave the hotel that very night. The experience left us extremely dissatisfied. In conclusion, the room, food, and service were all poor. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund for one night due to the staff's behavior and the poor quality of service. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. I request you to treebo trend to refund one night stay as 1900x2= 3800 INR need to be refund asap and I will give review to others media.

The location is definitely a plus, offering a nice view of the valley. However, the rooms are in very poor condition. If you switch on the washroom exhaust, the entire room starts smelling terrible. The breakfast was disappointing with hardly any variety in the buffet. The rest of the food was just about okay, nothing special.

Room is good , staffs are very helpful , food was good, wifi signal is very poor but mobile 5G reception is good, the views from the hotel is amazing. Now the bad part: no security guard. They need to employ a security guard for the entrance. The entrance is near a busy road and we faced issues while entering the hotel because some random cars were parked there. Because of this we had to go round and round in a jam packed uphill road in our car. The same issue happened everyday when we returned to the hotel after sight seeing in the evening.

Under construction...No driver available for parking ...as parking is on height. They charged high for just luke warming the milk for my son, where such services are free in other good hotels. Took 150 rs for 1 broken glass which hardly cost 15-20 Rs max. Not recommended for travelling with families. These people are giving ratings by self by asking the phone from visitor. Not recommend to any one to stay here with family.

From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the staff were not interested in providing even the basic level of service. My room was not ready on time, and when I asked for assistance with my luggage, I was met with a shrug and a pointer to the stairs. Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous issues, including: - No intercom available to connect for service - Room not cleaned or serviced on time - No response to requests for assistance or complaints - Unfriendly and unhelpful service only telling sure this will be done but that never happened. The hotel's amenities were also severely lacking, the "restaurant" serving a limited and unappetizing menu. Overall, my experience at here was disastrous, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The complete lack of service and attention to detail made for a miserable stay, and I will be taking my business (and my luggage) elsewhere. *Pros:* None *Cons:* Poor service, unfriendly staff, limited amenities *Would I stay here again?:* Absolutely not. I recently stayed at Hotel Raj, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.Food quality Also yummy

Good location, you can enjoy full panoramic view of whole city , staff polite and courteous. Need to improve on breakfast options. Overall experience good.

Good rooms, nice staff, well behaved people, nice reception and very good hotel. Highly recommended. Reception person Mr. Suresh, hemanti and miss karishma was very good . Chef mr Harish was also good
