Our stay was Pleasant, the View is just what you need, it's beautiful, although, the access to the hotel is not so good, the roads which are already narrow, are under renovation, but the hotel and hotel staff are extremely helpful. Points to improve: Breakfast Menu, Breakfast Options, these need to be improved and worked upon. As being part of the hospitality industry, the customer needs to be left satisfied especially when it comes to food, as that is the primary part of running a hotel. I had an experience where I left my belongings at the hotel, while checking out, and realised on reaching back to Delhi, I got in touch with the Hotel, and the Manager, Mr. Sunil Malik, helped me through and through, till I received my Stuff back, highest regards for such service and hospitality, completely changed my opinion about a lot of things, would love to go back to this place, just for how trust worthy the staff and other people are.

3 star rated hotel. We enjoyed a lot rooms were neat and clean food was tasty and we liked everything. Reception was cooperative and very polite. Room service 5 star . Restaurant 5 star . Staff 5 star . Only 1 or 2 things need consideration but we loved our stay and will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family

Stayed here for 2 nights (balcony valley view room, ask for first floor). The view was spectacular, no need to go elsewhere for views (not kidding!). Located 1km away from library chowk (from where mall road starts), they provide to-and-fro shuttle at a reasonable price. Ample parking, working internet, 5star service (couldn't find a single impolite staff member) and big sized rooms. We ordered a variety of meals priced reasonably (chicken tikka was really bad, veg options were acceptable); above average breakfast buffet (boiled eggs, toast, milk/flakes, poha, poori/sabji, chole/bhature, non fresh juice, stuff paratha, no dosa, idli on one day). Both pool/fooz table needed repair (and no gym). Definitely need to work on cleanliness/hygiene (washrooms, house keeping). At times, ambient noise (at night) from other rooms can get uncomfortable. Overall, can be considered at 4k/night (we booked at 5k)!

The location of the hotel is excellent and the views from the balcony are simply breathtaking. The service of the staff is also commendable. However there were a few downsides as well, like the room that was initially presented to us was not cleaned at all. There were food marks on the floor, curtains and on the table besides this the sofa was filthy to say the least. Beside this the toilet/bathroom needed attention. We immediately asked for a different room which was much better than the one that was shown earlier. Having said that there were issues with this room as well, like the television was not working which was never fixed and the menu in the room was soiled(food residue on it), the menu though was promptly cleaned and given. The staff like I've mentioned earlier is the real asset of this hotel. They promptly attended to your concerns, special mention to the front office manager (Mr. Rawat I think), he is well versed with the surrounding and will nicely guide you so that you may enjoy your stay effectively in Mussoorie.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the best part is the view from the hotel. Overall, everything--from the service to the experience--has always been excellent.
