Terrible Experience - Staff Stole My Watch and Showed No Remorse** I recently had a horrible experience at this hotel. During my stay, my watch went missing. I reported it to the staff, who claimed repeatedly that they couldn't find it despite checking the room multiple times. The manager was unhelpful and acted indifferent to the situation, distancing himself from the staff. It was only after my father called the police that the staff "miraculously" found my watch in the room. Even then, there was no apology for the distress caused, and the staff displayed a rude attitude throughout the ordeal. This was an appalling experience, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy is unacceptable. If you stay by chance in this hotel. Then please be secure and keep your room closed every time and while checking out from the hotel check all your belongings and check the room completely and then call the staff for the things to be picked from your room.

Stayed in studio room. Very big and amazing room. Bathroom is amazing. Has a lot of space. Balcony is good too. Service is good - staff is very courteous. Mr Rohit, Ashish, Anil, Arul & Aman were very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for a vacation. Very close to Mall Road, and truly exceptional and such courteous service by Rohit and Arun. Arun knows a lot about the place and can guide you about places to visit around. Chef Ashish and Aman provided us such delicious and finger licking food all three times, can't thank them enough. It's a place one must stay if you are looking for a nice, quite, peaceful place to enjoy the blissful weather and hospitality.

The Ved Mussoorie - It is undoubtedly one of our most peaceful, comfortable and beautiful stay in Mussoorie. We are 7 family members who confidently believed in this property and choosed it with full faith. We all had quite a warm stay in this next to home Villa. The food, staff, rooms, comfort and all leading to a breathtaking view was quite enlightening. It was indeed an idle homely stay and felt like home even when far from home. This lovely boutique hotel has quite co-operate and helpful staff like Mr.Anil & Mr. Aman..who constantly looked for best for our comfort on every end and made sure all essential needs were met. All The food were up to the mark & breakfast was amazing and pure delicious. All the rooms whether suite rooms or studio rooms were quite spacious and luxury with all proper ammenities for our requirements and comfort. Bathrooms were properly maintained and cleaned..with all basic essential needs looked upon. The location and the ambience Of 'The Ved' was top notch along with serving all our smalI to big needs with a big smile on their faces I would say this was a fabulous and grandeur stay to our satisfaction. The Ved by Virohaa hotel is an amazing place to stay nearby mall road in mussoorie. It was budget friendly with amazing room facilities with an awesome food experience and the staff was cooperative

The rooms were big and had an aesthetic vibe. The staff was very helpful and polite. The property offers a mesmerizing valley view. Highly recommended.
