The Three Oaks Boutique Hotel

We stayed for 2 days here. Room service, room quality is really good. Wall mounted heater was not working. Location is quite good. Go for view side rooms. Both day and night time view is very awesome.

We stayed here for two nights. The bedroom and restroom were neat and clean. However the wall mounted heater in the room was not working and in end December with the temperatures dipping to 5 degrees in the nights we were quite inconvenienced. Ofcourse the hotel provided us with another standby heater but we were not comfortable using it when we were asleep in case of toxic fume emissions. The staff were polite but despite agreeing for a slightly early check in they couldn't organise it efficiently. The staff should check all the facilities in the room before it is handed over to the customer.

Situated right on Mall Road, about 250 meters from Gandhi Chowk, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Walking the distance was a pleasure in the fantastic weather but for those who don't prefer that, plenty of cycle rickshaws at reasonable cost are available for reaching the hotel. Innumerous eateries, roadside shopping, places of interest etc were walkable from the hotel.

Good people. Quick services. Not a boutique. No restaurant but room service available. Good location. Small room: overpriced.

I stayed in this hotel in 2019 , the best service here is food , they make very delicious food (specially dal). You can consider this hotel for staying

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Your Hotel extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Housekeeping and Reception: The housekeeping and reception staff were exceptionally rude. The service was consistently poor and unhelpful, which significantly impacted our stay. Charges for Everything: It felt like we were being charged for every little thing. This was both frustrating and unexpected. Cleanliness: The cleanliness standards were appalling. The condition of the rooms and common areas was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. Food Quality: The food served was stale and tasted terrible. This was a significant concern, especially considering the health implications. Overall, our experience was incredibly disappointing, and we feel that the hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality

It is a nice budgeted hotel. Rooms are good, clean. Valley view rooms have amazing breeze flowing inside room when u open windows. They has parking available on Terrace. It is located on the mall road so access to all the markets is very good. Even the staff is also very good.

Except the location there's nothing good about this hotel.We had booked 2rooms for 3nights but checked out after 1night. The rooms were damp and smelly due to seepage. The bed,pillows & blankets smelled of dampness. There are better properties around this hotel. No lift services. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if traveling with family. It's just close to mall road other than that the hotel is a disaster!
