The property is located in a prime area, making it convenient to access nearby |areas. The overall stay was very comfortable, with clean rooms and a relaxing ambiance. One of the highlights of our experience was the indoor pool--it was well-maintained and perfect for unwinding regardless of the weather. A special mention to Aryan and Priya, who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Their hospitality and prompt assistance truly made a difference. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Our family celebration at Oasis by Radisson exceeded all expectations! The immaculately maintained property features a superb kids' area that delighted our younger guests. The culinary experience was excellent, with exceptional flavors and presentation. Staff went above and beyond--arranging a beautifully decorated private anniversary space, providing special shuttle service to Mall Road, and delivering prompt room service at all hours. Every team member demonstrated remarkable courtesy, addressing requests with genuine care and efficiency. This mountain retreat truly lives up to its name--a refreshing oasis of hospitality. Highly recommended for memorable family celebrations!

The Oasis hotel is a member of the Radisson hotels group. I had booked 2 rooms during the weekend at the last minute. Due to a long weekend, it was hard to get any rooms in a good reputed hotel! But luckily, I got 2 rooms here! One of the downside was, check-in time was 3 pm! None of the hotels I stayed at previously had such late check in time! I arrived at the hotel at 1 pm, and I was told to wait till 3 pm to get any rooms at all! I had no other option other than waiting, until they offered us a room at 2:30 pm. They gave us a free upgrade to one of the rooms with balcony, that also has a better view! After the check-in process, the stay was absolutely amazing! The service, atmosphere and cleanliness was top-notch. It's also present at the best location, near the mall road, which is at walkable distance from the hotel. They also have swimming pool and games room facilities. However, parking might be difficult here due to narrow roads, but the guards shall guide you on the 1 way road towards the entrance of the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay, no complaints apart from the check-in timing and process.

Good services, good food employees are very friendly. Clean and neat.Location is also good near to main market. Rooms are also nice and comfortable. But I have one suggestion that if drivers do not want to stay in dorms they should allow to eat where staff eats. Priya and Aryan.

I stayed there and it was the pleasant stay there. Special Thanks to Akash, He helped me in the best possible way and not only me I saw he was just treating every guest like his family which is very important for Hospitality to make all the guests feels like home. Location of the hotel is very good, far yet close to the Mall Road. The rooms are clean and well kept. The pool is icing on the cake, beautiful view. Breakfast has a good spread but needs a little kick, a little bland. The staff is the star at this property, great service and always going above and beyond. Ms Seema at the reception, Priya, Shiv in the restaurant are all great and very friendly! Would love to come and stay at the property again only thing I missed was sitting in a garden with valley view.

Great service and EXTREMELY clean by Indian standards. Highlights: - Great views - Check-in was smooth. - Dinner buffet is great value. - Breakfast options were excellent. - Car service takes you up and down the hill - Quiet - Bar has great service. - Glass elevator has great views Negatives: - If you ever want to pay by credit card it's challenging. And different machines take different cards. Budget 10-15min for paying if you're not charging it to the room. - You need cellphone service to call the car if you're at the bottom of the hill. - Pool closes at 7pm - Monkeys are annoying but the hotel does try and keep them away. - Breakfast service is slow if you need something. I recommend that you do not order coffee through the staff. Just go to the machine and make it yourself. I ordered a coffee when I arrived and 30min later it had not come. Bottom line: excellent hotel for India, but don't expect the same level of service or quality that you would get in the west. If you keep expectations moderated you'll be pleasantly surprised.
