The only saving grace in this stay is its view. Everything else from room condition, staff cordiality, parking is nothing less than appalling. Choose only if you got no other option or too stuck on a good view.

Awful! Stay anywhere but this hotel 1. The location marked on the Google Maps & Booking .com website is completely wrong - it is at a downhill walk from Mall Road.. which is very steep and also troublesome if you have luggage. This hotel, apparently, was previously named New Bharat and this is probably an attempt to rename and escape previous bad reviews! 2. Rooms are completely dirty, and smell mouldy. The curtains had big stains, there was a stain of someone's spit on the wall and the bed sheets & blanket were completely dirty with the previous occupant's hair stuck to them. 3. Multiple power outages in the night - were scary and very troublesome, especially when the door didn't close & lock properly making us very unsafe 4. There were multiple leakages in the bathroom - one below the wash basin and one near the toilet. The door also was completely covered in mould from the inside. 5. Very poor room service - whatever you ask for or order, will never reach you unless you pester them multiple times. Ordered hot drinking water and they provided hot water in a jug that had bugs in it. 6. In the end I just realised when I viewed the booking on Booking .com application that they've marked me as no-show so they may get even more money out of me. This is completely unprofessional, unethical and troublesome, trying to scam more money out of me even after such a terrible experience.

I booked the hotel for my stay on 24th and 25th of December. Pros: Near to Mall road. You can reach just in 5 min walk. That's the only benefit you can get. Cons: 1. Poorly managed property. 2. TV unit working even though I was not using it but they havent installed it. 3. Rooms are dirty, old furniture. Sheets and curtains had spots on it. 4. Wifi was not working. It was quite needed as mobile network was very limited for Jio. Even i multiple time asked them to provide Wifi but no one came to resolve. 5. No headset was provided to call the reception, mobile signal were not there and wifi was not working so I had to walk every time for any request which they didn't provide. 6. Food is expensive and even if you pay, you won't get the quantity as per the cost. I paid 500+ charges and got less than 100gm of chicken tikka. So it might be Kauva tikka, not chicken tikka for sure. 7. Its a big No No for anyone to stay unless you are not getting any other property or don't have time to search any other property. Don't waste your money on this junkyard.

The aged man sitting at the counter is rude to its roots. Extorting money in every mannee . Extra charges even for dental kit and what not. Location is fine but counter man makes the experience worst.

Family trip Pls do not book only two rooms are good for view which was alloted to us Nr mall Rd starting point ,only small private car can go to hotel.others have to stop outside and for carrying laugages,we have to hier coolie of union, Which was not told by legend holidays from which we have booked bad experience

Until now the worst experience I have had is in this hotel, the service is not good, the room is not clean and the food is the worst. If anyone is going with family or personal, don't go to this hotel..,
