The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Fern Brentwood Hotel, Mussoorie. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. The location is unbeatable--right near Mall Road yet peaceful enough to unwind. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the hills.||Staff is really courteous. Especially Mr Lalit Pant at the restaurant is very polite and hard working. ||The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious with a good variety of local and continental dishes. We especially loved the breakfast spread--fresh and flavorful. The service throughout our stay was attentive and courteous, making us feel right at home.

Great hotel in general. Night buffet was not so good. Excellent breakfast. Had the upgraded room with great view. Staff very nice but slow for room service. Overall great place and off the main road so nice and private. Was traveling from US so we wanted a nice place to stay and this met our needs by western standards and would go back and stay here.

I always stay here, as I love their hospitality. the location and the prompt staff like Kamlesh , Thapa Bhaiya and few more. They all go out of their way to cater to everyone. The Staff at the front desk / reception is also very nice n friendly. They all keep smiling and are ever ready to extend their help. The brakfast is always lavish. Great value for your money.

The place is nice, well located, scenic views and pretty green plants around. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. In this day and age, they did not have vegan options in their menu which was disappointing. Himoja was the only one who managed to get us cardamom tea made of almond milk. When we asked for a similar tea during other times of the day or asked any other staff, they said that it was not available. The service otherwise was fine.
