Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend We had a very unpleasant stay at this property with our family. Despite the luxury tag, the rooms were not clean -- we found spiders and insects, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. We had requested decoration in advance, but what was provided was far below expectations. To make matters worse, there was only one staff member assigned to manage a group of 10 guests, which is unacceptable for a property of this scale and pricing. Basic hospitality and cleanliness were clearly lacking. Food was average. We had high hopes, but unfortunately, this property did not deliver on its promises.

The hospitality was absolutely rubbish and staff were like goons. The only person who was nice was Harinder Singh. Rest of the staff was rude and annoying. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Nice property with good views, not very far from mall road. The staff is quite polite and did their best to fulfill all our requests. The food was quite good and we also had a nice meal of local cuisine. Dineshji and team were quite warm and took good care of us during the entire stay !

Our stay was really good, property is very spacious and it was perfect for a group stay! this property has 3 floors which provides privacy and space as well. and the view from the terrace was to die for! that was the highlight of our stay!! staff is really good, they always answer politely and prepared freshly cooked meals for us everytime!! they also tried their best to fulfil our special request for dinner! The house is maintained and decorated very well!! each and every item is organised so thoughtfully!!

Amazing getaway! Fabulous cottages,the rooms are big, cozy and done up tastefully ! A big thumbs up to the staff and the food served! Highly recommend Albert lodge! The snow capped mountains viewed from the cottage is mesmerizing!

This is a wonderful property to stay. I went with my family and friends and we had an amazing time there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice view.

Never think of booking this property. I have a long list of negative points and issues faced at this property but the key one is that service of extremely poor and it was a nightmare to stay there and every moment I was feeling that why I booked this. This is worst experience I have ever had. If you don't want to spoil your trip and don't want to take bad memories for the place then don't even think of booking this property for free also.

Few staff members were unnecessarily rude. The layout of the property is cumbersome. Not a lot of food option, but cooks are good.
