Sansa by the Woods - Manor & Spa (Managed by HNH)

Hotel is amazing. The only thing which i found uncomfortable were monkeys there. I know hotel staff can not do anything to make them go away. But they were supportive of helping us with monkeys. Food is economical compared to outside Mussoorie but there was new menu at the time when we were leaving, so don't know the new prices if they have changed. Rest, hotel was amazing.

It is a well maintained property offering a great view of the Valley. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The offer breakfast buffet. U can ask for lunch/dinner as well. Those meals are also reasonable n home like.

Good rooms, there wooden cottage with bunk kids bed is best. Can also have sunset view from this room. Good valley view from the Hotel lawn. Restaurant is very small area and service is slow but location is great. Just 1.5-2 km from mall road

Worst experience ..||I was given sthana wooden cottage room 114 on 24th Dec checkin. Staff knew that this room had pre- existing issue in geyser fitted in small kitchen area within room. Due to this issue, geyser used to make loud noise like train horn after every 10 mins.. they neither bothered to fix it during the day.. at night it was awful experience.. till late night 1 am reception guy was trying to help but had no clue what needs to done, i gave a shot trying switching off of the gyser inlet valve which eventually gave a temporary solution to sleep peacefully. The night staff was not aware of situation, however morning staff was clearly aware of this issue even then while booking i was allocated this room and charged 5000 per night.. its like cheating someone, no ethics the managers of this resort had. ||Now coming to room service, i had requested many times for boneless non veg item.. they recommended to go for kadai chicken, which i eventually ordered.. however went to have my dinner i noticed that there was not even a single piece boneless.. on complaining i was told 2,3 pieces of bonless are there and rest are with bone and mentioned "aisa hi hota hai" however there was none boneless. To my surprise why they didnt inform while taking the order, ki "aisa hi hota hai".||In short had a bad / worst experience, i was actually blaming myself that why did i choose this place.||Also, there was no heater allocated to me in room. As per night staff, heaters were out of stock all were allocated to others.||I am sure somebody will reply with apology / sorry.. but keep your sorry with you.. if you are seriously sorry then refund me the charges paid.

Based on Previous Reviews i was but afraid whether to book this property or not but I choose to Stay for a night. The Experience was Amazing and we choose the Chalet Rooms which has magnificent View. This Property not a resort but the maintenance they're doing is damn good. Hotel Staff was Polite and also extremely Helpful. Looking forward for another Stay in the Same Property.

We were there for two days and it was amazing, the staff was so good and attentive n rooms were clean and neat. The food we ask them to make as per our taste and they made it accordingly. We loved the stay. We were team of 8 people.

We had a stay for 2 days (2nd jan to 4th jan) with my family in a duplex room. The stay was comfortable and the staff was also very polite and cooperative. They can add a little bit improvement in the food. The location of the property is awesome and the scenic view from the hotel was beautiful. I would like to recommend this property.

We stayed in the family chalet. It's a wooden log house. Beautiful. It has the most amazing view. The whole property has a mesmerising vintage vibe. For the price I got it in January, it's a steal. Highly recommended.
