Super stay at Ramada. Extremely courteous staff, super location, top notch service. Restaurant staff including chef Manjot, Tanya and all others were super helpful with our food preferences. We were a group of 25 pax and they were super helpful in all aspects. They were in constant touch right from the moment we landed in dehradun guiding us on the route. Then They picked us from the Taxi stand helping us with the porters with the luggage.||Food spread is good, and to everyones delight.!!

Our stay at Ramada Mussoorie was absolutely amazing! The hotel boasts a fantastic location with breathtaking views, especially from the garden, which was truly a highlight of our trip. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional hospitality--the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always eager to assist. In all my travels across India, I have never experienced such warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet spread was delicious, offering a diverse selection of cuisines to satisfy all palates. Additionally, the hotel is great for families, with a range of activities for both kids and adults, ensuring an entertaining and comfortable stay for everyone. Even if you choose to stay within the premises, there is plenty to do! From top-notch amenities to outstanding service, Ramada Mussoorie exceeded our expectations in every way. Without a doubt, if I plan another visit to Mussoorie, this will be my first choice again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Good comfortable stay at Ramada. Very convenient location, good and courteous staff always ready to help. To mention a few names right from the time I booked the stay, Mr. Suraj, Ms Hema, Ms Paridhi and other members names I don't recall of everyone. Staff was very friendly and did their best. ||Food is decent and there are many options on the mall road at stones throw away.||The children activities area can be improved a bit, upgrading it and catering to a wider age group of kids, is the only suggestion from me.

Shubham and all the staff at the restaurant made our stay super comfortable. I went there for my 1st wedding anniversary and the staff made it so special! A romantic candle light dinner, decorated our room. Helped with payments that required cash only. The hotel is beautiful with fun activities during tea time. Food is good but the menu is limited, a lot of items were not available. Alcohol items were out of stock too. Spa was amazing ! The two masseuses made the spa so fun, comfortable and friendly ! Really enjoyed it. !! :) <3 Definitely visiting again !

The staff is very good. Tanya and Paridhi are very helpful and took good care of our requirements. The food is awesome. Hotel ambiance is pleasant. Overall wonderful experience. Kids friendly hotel. Beautiful view from hotel. Convenient to travel as it's near Mall road.

Service was excellent. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Paridhi, Trepan Singh and rest of the staff. Enjoyed the excellent fresh parathas, puri and subzi in the big breakfast spread. We had a pleasant time at dinner with enjoyable live music.

We had a most unforgettable culinary experience here. At our request, the chef prepared a "Pahadi Thali" with various items of the local cuisine, with ingredients endemic to the region such as jhakia (mountain mustard), bichhu ghas (stinging nettle) and jhangore (a type of local millet). This was truly the highlight of my trip.||||In general the staff were unfailingly polite, warm and friendly, and happy to provide advice when asked.||||The location of the hotel is very convenient to the Mall Road. However be warned: if you come in a hired car, you will not be allowed to drive into the hotel, and will instead have to either walk or take the hotel shuttle from the "Picture Palace" entrance.
