Excellent service, good food, and good rooms. Located is very good place. Staff was very good. Very good view from tbe terrace. Highly recommend ed to everyone. Will be also surely come back. Ms. Vineeta was very helpful and very Friedndly. Gave us a very good view room.

We stayed in last week for three nights with friends. The stay was wonderful. Had a great experience to stay in pride ashiyana resort. Staff is very polite and helpful. Specially thanks to mr satish he was very polite knowledgeable and infortive person and also shef mukes and sanjay he made delicious food during aur stay. Thanks again all pride ashiyana team.

We came here with the family and friends. Enjoyed the stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort. Nice hotel . And location is superb. The view from the skydeck was breathtaking. Very close to the mall road. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. Hotel staff was very cooperative and very friendly.

Very comfortable room n nice ambiance with lots of facilities.we liked it very much. Family was happy with food and restaurant.|Satish bhandari ji was an amazing server. Took care of special needs like hot food and non spicy foods.highly recommended

The service is excellent and it it right at the mall road. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I am giving 4 as room quality can be improved . The room is a bit old and required renovation but overall good experience. They have live singing at night as well which is an added advantage

Wonderful stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort . Good location and very good view. It's very close to the mall road. Easily accessible for the all sightseeing points. Ambience is very nice. Great staff and very friendly everyone starting from the end. Highly recommended

When we entered the hotel it was in absolute shambles, the entrance was undergoing construction work which was a massive tripping hazard for our young kids- 4 year old and a 4 month old. When we spoke to the reception we queried if their junior suite was the highest category room because we could see clearly nothing else would suffice given the state of the property. The receptionist confirmed that the junior suite is their highest category and they have given us the best room at the hotel. When we entered the room it had a disgusting sewage smell alongwith smell of moisture and dirty bedsheets. The balcony they charged and advertised for was very dirty and inaccessible due to monkeys at the property. Their heating equipment was extremely outdated and there was a cold beeeze coming into the room. We realised instantly we had made a bad choice this time. When we went to the reception to cancel our booking they didn't offer us an upgrade because that was their best room, they just said they have another room in similar category which we might like. Then the manager rudely highlighted that we had booked standard junior suite and they had a better junior suite which was a lie because at our entry they said they had granted us the best room at the hotel. We didn't want to waste our time any further with kids feeling cold and hungry due to the wasted time and effort hencewhy we have to leave. The hotel was absolutely disgusting.

This hotel rooms are so small they give double occupancy size room for 3 members even tough booking three occupany & mainly they have repair works loud sounds going at ground level entrance where rooms are at minus underground level. we faced heavy disturbances untill night . we informed receiption tough no use .water is coming out of washroom . only plus point its on mall road but hard to take luggage the entrance runway is steap & sometimes water leak from beside building and makes slippery to walk . Cafe and food was good . balcony was small no view . over all not worth for money .
