We had a wonderful stay. The hospitality was excellent Food was too good, both taste and quantity. The view from the balcony was cherry on the pie. The management staff was very cordial and they helped us in every possible way. They helped us hire a bike which made our sightseeing hassle free. The entire staff was very polite, cooperative and helping. Best wishes to the team and highly recommended property for a perfect stay and vacation

We had 3 nights stay at westend hotel. It was delightful experience. Property is very good.. Staff was very good and co-operative.. Food was awesome. They made food as per our requirement. Balcony mountain view of our room was superb. Thank you for such a luxury experience.I would highly recommend this stay.

The room at Perfectstayz Westend was modern, comfortable and there was an amazing view from the balcony. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but several food options were available. The hotel is well located a few minutes walk from Mall Road where there are many shops and restaurants. We did not have many interactions with staff but they did not seem quite as open or welcoming as some of the accommodations that we have stayed at during our time in India. Overall we felt it was good value for money (especially with the amazing mountain view!) and would recommend a stay at Perfectstayz Westend.

The hotel itself was very beautiful. It is on the mall road in the gully behind the Babasaheb Ambedkar statue. Rooms were amazing and the overall service was good. The Hotel staff was very good and really helped us celebrate our anniversary. I would recommend only the hotel and stay there. The restaurant was very bad. The food was very okayish. Their breakfast was also very repetitive. Half of the times, the dish that we would request was not there or could not be prepared as "it was afternoon" or ingredients were over (by the way, they were easily available on mall road or Library chowk!) On the last day it was raining and we ordered an egg omelette breakfast and we got the breakfast one hour late and they brought it to us through rain uncovered. We ordered another one of the same and after an hour of waiting they said "Nahi ho payega". There are many good restaurants around that place, one being Cafe Criterion. Will be sharing a review for them. I really recommend Perfect Stayz Westend Premium as hotel (especially their executive room with balcony as it has THE BEST VIEW). But I strongly do not recommend the restaurant and their food service.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the impeccable service. Our room was beautifully appointed, cozy, and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism and friendliness. Every detail, from the room's ambiance to the overall cleanliness and attentive service, exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a memorable and hassle-free getaway. P.s We booked Super deluxe with private balcony and mountain view.

So the pictures are really great but property is not even 10% of the pictures shown. Very small rooms and hygiene is a big question. Management really needs to work upon buffet breakfast as its pathetic. Its not even worth calling buffet. Food was scattered, unhygienic although i paid for food for 3 days but I didn't ate bcz for pathetic food operations. Then to reach hotel you need to climb like 200 mtr steep slant again not good for aged people or even kids. Overall i was disappointed with everything, whether is food , management , location etc i felt ditched after looking at the room pictures on google

Disgusting services. Waste of money. Kindly book your hotel elsewhere. Rooms are too compact. Staff is not courteous. Management is poor. Nobody respond when you call them for any services they will come after hours as per there mood. Hygiene is at low. Not recommended.

Had a great stay at Perfect Stay Hotel with my best friend! The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. GM Rajan Chauhan was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this hotel! :)
