Definitely the place to book for. Situated nearly 400 metres from the mall road and has one of the best and scenic views. The staff is very courteous especially pradeep and kailash. They have eight rooms with amazing views and brilliant sunlight. The hotel looks directly upon the horizon with an amazing sunset. The even have option to set bonfire for 1500 rupees. Rooms are good and very spacious. The menu is less but the food is quite tasty and delicious. Overall an amazing place and thanks to staff for making our stay such wonderful

I stayed at this property twice - in my opinion, the location is fantastic, amazing views and just walkable from the mall road. Cherry on the cake is, food and service is up to the mark.

Good rooms and views are also good. Clean rooms, cooperative staff.

Worst experience with this hotel and management.... They got cancelled our rooms without prior information at the last moment and told that we cancelled all the online bookings...go to hell and that was new year evening..my wife and children were in the car and we were helpless..... Do not ever trust these cheap hotels.

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It's a solid 0 out of 5. Don't be fooled by the photos--while the rooms might be big, the hygiene is non-existent. Here are just a few of the horrors I experienced: Bathroom: Not a single toiletry in sight. The bathroom floor is so poorly designed that water never reaches the drain. Their so-called "fresh" towels smelled horrible and had weird stains. Room: Some rooms are spacious, but others are tiny with unstable locks. The place is crawling with insects. We had to call the staff twice, and their brilliant solution was to wrap a cockroach in a plastic bag and carry it out. Staff: The staff is utterly useless, slow, and full of attitude. At checkout, they flat-out refused to help us with our bags, claiming it wasn't their job. They didn't assist with our luggage when we arrived, nor did they help when we were leaving. Instead, they laughed at us for asking. Food: The food was absolutely pathetic. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to review a hotel, but this place was so atrocious that I don't want anyone else to have their trip ruined by this dump. Avoid at all costs.

I booked this hotel on Booking.com at a reasonable price, but before my arrival, I received a call from a staff member demanding triple the price I had initially agreed upon. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and feels like a SCAM. The hotel's management clearly lacks professionalism and transparency. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and insisted on the price increase. This bait-and-switch tactic is unfair and misleading. I highly advise against booking here if you value honesty and customer service. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable hotel.

Lovely homestay with very attentive staff. Naveen did a great job of catering for our family. Was very peaceful to have the views over the valley and loved the spacious rooms. Also would make mention of how much we enjoyed the homely food and variety.

The property has problem with water and in last 2 days of stay water was not available 4 times in the washroom. Not managed properly. Moreover there is parking issue. Guys don't take this properly you will regret if you have car and taking the car from below to top there are chances of accidents and moreover dont give to hotel owner for parking as he will put lots of scratch in the vehicle. Not recommend at all
